Ordered on Grubhub. Ordered Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo and the sandwich I received looked nothing like what was pictured and was missing ingredients. It also looked very old. The Baconator didn’t have cheese. All three meals were cold. The location is less than 5 minutes from me, so I’m not sure why it was cold as the delivery driver stated they had to wait for the food.
painfully slow. Served one car in 12 minutes while 8 cars sat in line. will not be back
Always friendly, usually under 10 minutes for the drive thru except at peak times. They never mess up my order but the drinks are sometimes another story. Still the best in town after chic fil a.I've I was going thru the drive thru and didn't realize until I got to the window to pay that if left my wallet at home... I was $4 short and had a car full of rowdy teen girls...The manager gave me the whole meal at no cost ....
Terrible! Takes 30+ mins to even order. Half the time by the time u get to the box to order they all of a sudden close at 8pm..... consistency is not there at all!
This restaurant is supposedly open at 6:30 am. I arrived at 7:55 and was turned away because the poor woman inside had no one to help her. I genuinely felt sorry for her.
The older short black woman working in the rear drive-thru she's been there for quite a while she should be fired or moved off the window she has no customer service skills whatsoever she can't even say hi to a customer or thank you or give the total amount of money she is essentially just a drone working your back drive-thru window like a robot fire her or teacher some customer service!
Once again, we drive up. Wait at the speaker for over 5 minutes. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that we were there. So I drove away, and I see the employees just sitting in the window not doing anything. Other drivers drove away also. It was only 3:30 pm. This has happened before. This used to be a great Wendy’s but every visit/attempted visit is a waste of time now.
The long line moved quickly. They messed up my daughter’s order and left out the fries from my son’s order. The lady taking payments was rude. Everyone else and everything else was ok.
By far one of the greatest Wendy's locations, such kind well trained and professional staff. They go far beyond expectations, as far as the food goes I have never had Wendy's prepared perfectly and tasted so good. The entire restaurant was immaculately clean inside and as well as the outside parking area. A deaf customer was in same time our family was and they went beyond the scope of duty to ensure he felt comfortable and was treated as if a normal customer as should be done at any restaurant or store. I was so overjoyed and impressed. The entire staff reflected the excellence of their managers and attitudes of Perfection
Person here taking orders in Drive thru is ridiculous. She asked for my order 4x yes.4 times I repeated my order. No receipt was given to avoid me calling to complain. Seriously this place needs training.
