Obviously this is a very racist place. Tonight, several vehicles of us arrived 1045pm. We sat down, never served for 30 min plus.... almost an hour and not even a hello, a drink, nothing. however, the 6 tables of other folks after us, got their food and everything else. It is without a doubt of reverse racism at this location. every non-white person was served about 6 tables or more. 1 of our 4 tables was served. 4 tables of us there before the other "people" showed..... We will never use this place again. It seems they have to feed to "brown/black" people 1st regardless who arrives 1st..... this was shown to be the case clearly this night. We have 16 people with us.... all of us agree this was based on race to those that got served. i will definitely be posting this everywhere....
Great experience during this visit. I wanted to mention the awesome greeting by Yvette at this location. She helped us find a seat and said she would look out for our daughter who went to the bathroom. And she did. She is an awesome addition to this Waffle House team.

I had to drive to Fayetteville just for Waffle House. All the other locals were closed or closed for cleaning or no help. But I can always count on this location. Everything is cooked just right.!! Kudos to the team there.!!?
Only Walffle House in Fayetteville currently operating 24/7 for dine in. The staff has had a great attitude every time I've gone in, and the food has been fantastic
Food was delicious! Amanda was great. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our food.
The customer service was good. I had an All-star and a two egg breakfast. I did ask for lightly cooked hasbrowns and bacon, but they were on the hard side, and toast wasn't really toasted. Overall it was still decent. It wasn't bad enough to take it back, and I did return the next day. My food was much better!!
Ordered here on 1/28/22. Food is good, but customer service is not. I stood in line with three others behind me waiting almost 15 minutes to be helped. All the workers seemed to have tunnel vision, ignoring those of us in line. The young cashier (a brunette who I believe was named Vanessa) seemed to purposefully avoid eye contact. She was quite rude and didn’t seem to have any interest in engaging, refusing to acknowledge me when I said thank you and the like. When she handed me my food, she didn’t look at me, turning her head as far away from my direction as physically possible. Quite an odd experience. Since I work down the street at Piedmont Hospital I’ve come here numerous times, tipped well, and the other crews were great. They really made me feel welcome and good about spending my money here. However, I didn’t feel good about my latest visit so I won’t be returning to any of their locations.
