No service. We had to go somewhere else after waiting 15 minutes after sitting at a booth. The staff was too busy socializing
The worst late night shift at any Waffle House in town. The late night shift doesn’t care, they roll down the sun shades, lock the door and won’t answer the phone for carry outs to make it seem as if they are close. Drove up on a late night for a pickup after attempting to place an order over the phone. The place was empty, some of the window shades rolled down and the door was locked. As I’m walking away, thinking that they may have closed early (which is perfectly fine) I noticed an employee (cook) walking up to the door to unlock it, I simply asked if they were open and he replied with an attitude “I’m opening the door ain’t I”. Should have left, but decided to walk in and place my carryout. Some of the tables were either dirty or blocked off with a chain. Another employee (server) was on her phone the whole time and never acknowledge anything. I’m sure they don’t care to make a sale or two especially if they are getting paid hourly... but if WH wants to know why from 10pm-5am this location isn’t making any sales, this is why!
Great service and food cooked as ordered. With only 2 cooks and lots of customers, it took longer than usual to get our food.
This location is the best one in town, by far. Always a friendly staff.One of the best things about Waffle House is that you can typically count on a uniform experience wherever you go. This location rises above that and we are always glad to stop in and get a bite here.
This Waffle House is always running out of grits. Or don’t have any at all. Only Waffle House I come across that has this issue consistently.
These people work hard and are living life to the fullest. Waffle house has a special place in my heart and stomach. Thanks for being open on Christmas.
Food was very good. But needs a cleaning
Waffle houses are hit and miss sometimes. This particular one this particular time was on point. Great cook and attentive servers. If only it were always this way.
Waitress obviously didn't want to serve anyone..if someone's is rude right off the bat.. The last thing I want is for them to prepare and serve my food so I left. Waffle house EPIC FAIL tonight which is a first for me.
Excellent service today. The food was prepared well and very timely.
