Love the new manager she very alert and on point. She makes my smoothie perfect everytime ?
ALWAYS slow. I stopped going here for a year and forgot why I never visited this location.It doesn't matter who the staff is, everybody is behind and nobody communicates the orders their putting in the trays.Not to mention, the cubbies are disgusting where they stick your food and drink.
I love tropical smoothie cafe, and I've been coming to this location since it's opened. Off late, it's gone down bad. Completely out of apple n kale coleslaw for weeks. Now they make their wraps like flat bread? Like what is this? I should've never been charged full price if I wasn't going to get a full meal.
I was greeted and welcomed when I entered the business. The staff was attentive and quick. The one in Richmond, VA I normally go to on Laburnum Ave could really benefit from tips from this location in Fayetteville, GA. They are awesome.
*disappointed/long post*Fayetteville is my home location. My last two visits were very disappointing with the service/food quality. The first of my last two bad experiences was about three weeks ago, I ordered my regular Smoothie/Flatbread combo, I ended up sick for the rest of day/night. Fast forward to last Monday (4/4), I went in for a late lunch. I usually order online but system would not take my 1.99 smoothie coupon.There were three young girls in front, and another older young lady making sandwiches, two (I guess) managers in the back. There was a line... we waited close to 10 mins, for what I guess was no draw in register. Not one of the managers in back came out. So now the draw is in and there's a wait to get the orders of ppl in line. It's my turn, one of the young girls is at the register and had issues with using my coupon code and registering my phone number together; she didnt know how to do it. So now thats a wait for one of the managers to come from the back. I then ended up having to request for them to make my smoothie three times! All three smoothies tasted like ice with a grainy texture from the whey protein, barely no fruit in the smoothies at all. I watched them make them. All three, they did not secure the tops, the second smoothie spilled all over the floor. Third smoothie had more fruit flavor but not much, but at this point I'm just done with going back and the third smoothie is where I got the attention of I guess one of the managers (I think her name was shelby) who didn't seem to worried about the issues going on up front and just told the girl to make another drink for me and walked away. My Flatbread was cold, mind you it didn't come out until the second smoothie was made and it tasted as if it was not even warmed properly initially... chicken/cheese was just cold. It also had tomatoes (i dont like tomatoes)... my order clearly stated no tomatoes. I am very disappointed with the service and food quality of this location lately, they used to be so accommodating and food used to be on point and good.
This location is always out of something. Then on top of it they don’t even tell you.. you just have to watch them make it and realize yourself. Here it is 7:13pm, drove all the way here only to find out they are close. Even though there hours says close at 9pm. I think it’s time to take my money else where smh…
I went on a Thursday and some how it was saying they wasn’t open on the app. So when i arrived and went in they weren’t taking any orders.Cashier states they not taking any orders. So i tried again on yesterday. Pulled up open sign wasn’t on. So obviously at this point I’m thinking they closed. But i seen people inside. So i get out went to place my order and they didn’t have sides you’ll!!!! Like what the hell. So the young guy stated we only have those sides. Chips apple or banana. I wanted corn and sweet potatoes. Did not have it!!!! So i said ok i grabbed two bags of chips. When i got my shrimp wraps the rice in them was under cooked. Rice so hard it nearly broke my teeth!!! Fayetteville Tropical Smoothie Cafe is so ratchet. second and last time visiting this place. I do not recommend at all!!!!Bad experience both trips!!! General manager needs to intervene and see why services is so bad before it’s goes out of business.
Im big on customer service. I know places get busy but don't have curbside waiting an extra 20 min when it takes 1 min to come out. Then im missing items I paid for. Then u have an attitude. Wont be coming back.
Ate here twice in a month. First time they were out of chicken, which removed the majority of the menu. The second time they closed the kitchen 30 mins prior to close of business and I could only order smoothies.
They need more people working. Line is long only one person making smoothies. Waist of time for something made quickly. I go to Peachtree city wayyyyy better. It’s way worth the 20min drive. I’m done at this one.
