Crab n cajun seasoning very good.. calamari very crispy and good! .. waiter was super friendly n helpful.. floor was really sticky, the kind where every step sticks and crackles when you walk, not sure what was up with that, lol..
Food was bland... me, my husband and one of our sons ordered fish. It's like they just battered it, fried it and brought it out. Our other son ordered the chicken tenders and he said it was bland also. They give you sauces, I guess, to cover up the lack of flavor but we like to taste the natural flavor of the food with a hint of sauce(s). Our daughter got the snow crab bundle and she said it was ok but it lacked flavor also. Plus, they didn't have real utensils for her to eat her crab with and when we asked about the utensils to break/crack the crab shell, we were told, "I have to go see if I can find some." Really!! Last time for us... didn't enjoy the food at all!! I had to go home and redo our food.
Poor Service and rude manager. Make sure to ask if they have all the ingredients when ordering a drink off the menu because they will make it for you and expect you not to notice something is missing. I ordered a fish bowl drink and the drink was brought to me in a regular glass because “they only have two bowls for the whole restaurant”. The drink was disgusting and they said it was “illegal” to remake the drink for me or switch it out for another drink. I even told the manager that it did not taste like it usually does and she stated they were out of coconut rum so they substituted it for another ingredient. I told them they should tell customers when they are out of things when customers are ordering. She did not seem to care at all and said “all drinks are final sale and there is nothing she is going to do”. Keep in mind I did not want a refund. I simply wanted another drink that was worth $16! SMH. If I could give zero stars I would.
Too little food for too big of a price. It left a lot to be desired. We tried the lobster tail, snow crab, and fried shrimp. Their amounts of food is less than you’d get from a drive thru for less money. Sweet waitress and clean restaurant.
Delicious and great service!!
Great service and atmosphere! Tasha was the best!
On Sunday,, 2/6, we were party of 5, 4 takeout orders (5 meals) placed. Of the 5 orders, 3 had missing items. Some items originally ordered were not available, however substitute okayed and still, the 3 orders were missing items; order .5 shrimp, Dungeness crab cluster and an order of green mussels. We eat from this location quite often, this visit was the most disappointing yet.If we visit again for takeout we will certainly check our bags/orders to ensure all is correct before leaving. The staff was polite.
I visited this location this past Friday. I hate that I can’t remember our waitress’ name (she had shoulder length twists/dreads) but she was AMAZING! Great attitude and very attentive. My cousin ordered an alcoholic drink with candy at the bottom, I asked the bartender (really the manager who was filling in due to staffing shortages) if he could create a fruity drink that was nonalcoholic. He said he would try but that’s not usually a thing. He brought me out a lemonade with candy at the bottom. I really appreciated him going out of his way. My food was good, the crab legs were a bit soft but overall great experience.
The waitress was pleasant and attentive. The food fried calamari was rubbery! The combo was swimming in butter and lacked flavor. Had better seafood elsewhere.
I went to this location to meet my husband for lunch after work. This is the second time that we have gone to this location to find a young male at the host podium with his head down , on his phone not paying attention. The first time we had a great server named Queen, which we asked for today. We were told she wasn’t working. We sat down to look over the menu. My husband got up to go to the restroom. On his way he saw four employees standing behind the bar. He told them that we wanted to order some drinks, which a young lady replied to him , “we see you.” After returning from the restroom, he noticed that no one had approached our table. He told them again that we wanted to order some drinks. When my husband turned around, the lady made a face of mockery and proceeded to talk to the others about him. Eventually the “Manager Mark” told my husband that the server for us had been in the restroom. We had been there 10 minutes, and no had approached the table. There were only 2 other guests in the whole restaurant. Very angrily I told my husband for us to leave, as I continued to watch them talk about us at this point. I’m a Manager of a highly successful food chain, which I have been for 17 years. I will not be back, and I will tell Everyone that I know Not to go here either.
