I went here (Fayetteville GA) for lunch after hearing the positive reviews. My experience here was not the best and maybe that may have been from expectations set by the reviews shared. First, the kiosk, good idea in theory but not user friendly. I abandoned the kiosk for the friendly lady behind the counter. She was very helpful but hearing her was difficult over the volume of the music. After, 25 minutes ( I was the only customer) I was given a traditional brown lunch sack with my Lil Baby Bacon burger with onion rings. The onion rings were very good. The burger was average! I was not inspired after waiting 20-25 minutes. I was expecting something more than what I could do at home on my own grill. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. High point here seems to be the staff.
11Jun2022. My wife and I ordered the cheeseburgers and fries. The fries were awesome. The burgers were very juicy. I went through about 10 napkins. Everything is prepared to order.
Was craving a great burger today and that's exactly what I got. They make your food to order so everything is nice and fresh. One of the best burgers I have had in a while. The restaurant is SPOTLESS. The staff is very friendly and constantly checking you have everything you need. I will definitely be back. Great job!
Great food great service easy online ordering. The only issue they have is the amount of time to prepare the food as long as you have plans and can make an online order it is great but it is not a place to go and sit down and try to eat
I ate the most deliciously prepared, juicy, well- seasoned, flavorlicious freestyle Double Turkey Burger ever, at THAT Burger Spot in Fayetteville yesterday evening. My description does not do the burger any justice. It legit was the best Turkey Burger that I’ve ever experienced in my life and im not over exaggerating. I just love a good messy, flavorful, juicy burger. Each bite was packed with a powerful and magnificent punch of flavor. I’d order this burger every day if it wouldn’t result in excessive weight gain. Lol ?I had the following on my burger:Two Turkey PattiesBlue cheese crumblesPepperjack CheeseLettuceTomatoesBanana PeppersExtra mayonnaiseExtra secret sauceRanch dressingKetchupMy ingredients may not sound very appetizing, but I can assure you, it was incredible.I also ordered the a slushy.I’ve eaten Turkey burgers at 3 different That Burger Locations and my experience each time has been great. But, there was something about this burger that exceeded all others.Not only was the food amazing, but the customer service was also impeccable. I can’t recall the names of the two female server, but they were super personable, friendly, and were always smiling. The ambience and overall experience at the restaurant was wonderful!What are you waiting for, You have to try this location.
Food was super good. Customer service was great. It's a little expensive but you definitely get your money's worth. Burger was much bigger than I expected. I didn't think I'd like the ranch fries but they were actually really good. The onion rings were really good too, perfectly crisp.
Today was my first experience dining at THAT Burger Spot, and I wasn’t disappointed! Their vegan burger was phenomenally prepared and delicious. Not to mention the excellent customer service I received from Pooh. She greeted me when I walked in and after discovering it was my first visit, she came around to the kiosk and walked me through the menu and ordering process she also made sure everything was a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon for some more excellent food and top tier customer service.
Customer service, ease of ordering, wait time for food when dining in were all fine. Chose not to provide feedback to establishment in person. I am not to happy about the quality of the meat. We had a turkey burger and hamburger for our orders. I strongly recommend the establishment opting for a better quality meat and add 2 or 4 dollars more, I believe customers are lookjng for gourmet burgers when patronizing " That Burger. " The meat seems to be lower in quality like the meat that comes of out of a roll versus meat that is of a higher quality. Wings were okay, I wouldn't return. Yet a beautiful establishment and I recommend trying, your view of point may be different than mine.

That Burger Spot has delicious burgers and fries! The burgers are juicy and the varieties are plentiful. They're are several fry options as well. The staff is very nice and attentive! They have just opened and they were having trouble with their ordering system. The wait was 45 min. I would recommend ordering ahead so it's almost ready when you get there. I'm sure they will work out the kinks bc most restaurants are struggling right now. I would compare these burgers to 5 Guys quality, taste, and price.
