I frequent drive thrus a lot in this age of covid and rarely am I impressed with the service. But, today the service at this Taco Bell location was stellar! The receipt shows my cashier was “Kayla W.” and she was absolutely the most pleasant, enthusiastic drive thru attendant I have encountered in a really long time. She asked how I was when taking my order, made sure to review the order with me and ask if I needed condiments. And even as I pulled to the window and she was taking another order on her headset, she still asked how my day was while quickly serving my food with a smile. The food was hot and fresh as well. Keep up the great work, Kayla & Taco Bell!

Butchered my order. Got someone else’s food. Bums me out because the dining room is closed - and the drive-through line is super-long, so there’s no quick way to make it right, so I ate what they gave me and didn’t like it. Part of the problem is they give you a bag that’s taped shut as some sort of COVID feel-good measure, so you need to tear that open and look while holding up the line if you want to make sure you got the right order.

Drop in for a quick bite I got the Gordon box nice taste the cashier was very polite and quick with the order that's a five star in my book I must say the Gordon box was tasty fresh food and the cashier even put napkins in the bag without me asking that a first very clean environment and I will be visiting again soon but if you are in this area and want a quick bite to eat go here you will not be disappointed make sure you hear the ? when you go

If I could rate a zero I would! The customer service at this location is terrible. I ordered and paid for my food via the drive through and when I got to the window I asked to add a drink to my order. The manager stated I would have to get back in the drive through line and place another order. At that point I just asked for a refund. It took almost 20 min for her to process the refund but would’ve took all of a minute for her to make the drink. Make it make sense Taco Bell!

On March 1 2022 My daughter went through the drive thru and order three hard steak tacos. When she received her order the order was wrong. So she told the young man that her Order was wrong, because they had given her soft tacos . The young man left the window and went over to a lady that claim she was the manager. The manger said Oh well I’m not doing your order over get out my line before I call the police. My daughter told her to call the police because I haven’t done anything wrong, because you took the food back and my money. So my daughter stay in-line the police showed up and give her a Trespassing citation and told her to call corporate in the morning to make her Complaint and to get her money back. Then police was giving my daughter Other options to go get some food. and said the the manager must be short staffed and having a Rough a day. This is so sad how Taco Bell in Fayetteville GA has Unprofessional workers and poor customer service. If she the manager she needs to be held accountable. And the whole time I’m on the phone hearing this Foolishness.

I've been going here for almost thirty years. The last couple of years (during the virus) were a bit rough. Didn't always have enough employees to get the job done. Also switching to the kiosks was new. Now it's back where it should be. Not always perfect, but usually a good experience.

Taco Bell was great! The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous! I will be visiting them again very soon!

We received the wrong order. Fortunately I had the grandchildren check before we left and I went in and they replaced our food with the correct food. That means someone else got our order and it was totally different. Also, there was a great deal of fussing back and forth about people doing/not doing their work.

Less than a spoon full of meet is on this chalupa. After going back and asking for a correction of our order we were told that this is the allotted amount and if we want more meat we will have to pay extra.I didn’t know people had to pay extra just to get what they paid for.Will not be back.

They never have what you want especially the baja blast freeze always out of order for 2 years now and they manager has a bad bad attitude I have to drive to Fairburn always and live just blocks away from Fayetteville Taco Bell lol
