I usually enjoy visiting SweetFrog , but my last two visits has been awful. When I’ve walked in ,there is a man on his air pods talking on the phone. He just continues with his conversation as if no one is in the establishment. While he added toppings he was still in the phone. Sweet frog customer service used to be top notch. I expect to be greeted upon entering an establishment, not ignored, I am patronizing with your company The young man with locs may not know how important customer service is, he may need a training course. Plus most of the toppings in my bowl were stale.
I am so glad this place ipened back up. I love ice cream but the fat doesn't love me. So the next best thing is Sweet Frog. Rhe non fat yougurt or sorbets are delicious with many varieties of toppings to choose from. The price did go up per oz. from the last time we were there 2 years ago, (.62) but still worth evwry penny. The location is inside of the Fayetteville Pavilion (across from Target) so don't miss stopping there the next time your in that area.

I love the icecream here! The cheesecake flavor is my fave. The service is always great, the venue is clean and DeAndre gives excellent customer service every time!! I'll definitely be a loyal customer.
This place has great yogurt options, it has great variety, the place is very sanitary, the employees are good, and it's a good place for a celebration or a family hangout.
I've been to this location a few times already and I love all the different frozen yogurt options that they have. I will be a repeat customer!
I had an awesome experience at this location with Deandre I picked my ice cream and told him to freestyle he hooked it up it was amazing will definitely be going back
Mr.Brown made my first experience at sweet frog so amazing from explaining what to do , to helping me pick from all the delicious toppings, I definitely would recommend, and me and my family will be going time and time again, it’s absolutely beautiful, clean, and super kid friendly #2ThumbsUp
The young man at the front counter is awesome i think Deandre he has the most wonderful customer services and i will be back this was my first experience and it was well worth it. Thanks again. I will be back.
