If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of this store does not treat employees like human beings and does it where customers can hear her. She knows nothing about being a leader and I am appalled at how I saw her treating this young man today. People are people before anything else treat them that way. She clearly doesn’t realize that how she treats her employees has a negative impact on her business. There are several other subways within a 2-3 mile radius of this one go to one of those over this one.

This subway always have fresh vegetables and meats for their different sandwich varieties.

I'm not huge on sandwiches but when I do have one, its from subway BC I can have a veggie sandwhich. They are usually pretty quick too

I ordered my sub online and picked up. Immediately after consuming the sub, I became nauseous. This restaurant is not clean.

This location gets mobile orders wrong. That is when the system to receive mobile orders isn't down. Funny you can order online successfully but the order doesn't make it to their system half the time. Also the fact that they post homemade signs that state their "only accepting mobile orders" on the locked door is getting old. If I called corporate I guarantee this wasn't approved.

I came up here to the restaurant being very busy but the staff handled it very well and got things done as quickly as possible and the worker micheal who made my sandwiches had great customer service , recommend overall

I went to this location and I was there for 20min and they didn’t acknowledge me or take my order it was unprofessional they hiring these young peoples to run there stores and they don’t have customer services etiquette Subway got to do better

I don't like they don't have yellow cheddar cheese anymore. That made the sandwich taste better to me now I have to keep a pack of that at home so when I buy it I come home and put cheese on my sandwich. The workers there need more training too.

Got a sub today that was thrown away almost right away. Walked into this location after accidentally ordering online to it. Weed smell, mothballs and heat as I opened the door. Grabbed my subs from the to go area and wasn't acknowledged at all which is fine I ordered online.Got home to sauce covering a sandwich I didn't ask for sauce on. Like the bread was mushed and nasty due to the sauce. My wife opened hers and looked shocked. Nope not eating that. Threw both right away. Due to racial tension I decided to not contact the store or walk in for a correction. I could tell I wasn't welcome at the store the second I picked up.My mistake. I order from another location and I knew better. I didn't have to read the 1 star reviews to know this place was gonna be awful. I knew when I realized the mistake of the wrong store online that it was going to be awful. Of course the reviews. Not surprising.Stay away from here. Let it die. This place is awful.

I ordered 4 subs online and was needing to make a change to one of my sandwiches (no Mayo)! I was advised by some guy that was rude and disrespectful that I couldn’t make any changes due to the order being placed online and that I could cancel my order and take my business elsewhere well fast forward this guy called me all kinds of b****** in front of customers and the manager that was there. I made a complaint to the owner and from what I see nothing was done. I went back to place an order and the same rude person was working. I will never visit this subway again!! Customer service is very important especially when you are dealing with people and their food
