It's 4:30 on a Friday and the restaurant has under 20 customers in dining area. The restaurant is a mess. Beverage spilt in large pile in front of drink machine with caution wet floor sign straddling it. Most empty tables had either dirty plates still on them or needed to be wiped down. Pizza and beverage selection was extremely limited. I felt bad for the 3 associates that appeared to be gloomy. No smiles! But they were nice when interacting with them. We use to be weekly customers before covid, and this was our first time back. We won't be coming back.
Apparently, parents in America no longer know how to discipline their kids. Kids running all over the place screaming and shouting. Pizza not that good, but if they don't have what you want on the buffet, they will make you a piece of your choice. Kids running all over the place yelling and screaming. Salad bar has very few choices. Did I mention kids running all over the place yelling and screaming?
Better than most pizza buffets. Good prices and lots of discounts for young kids. The pizza variety is excellent and delicious! The customer service is friendly as well. It's a good family experience!
The food is good the buffet is kept stocked. I would give 5 stars if the dining area and restrooms were clean. The kitchen did look clean. I know young kids(employees) dont want to work now days. Im sure the manager was giving it his best. The sitting area and restrooms need a good spring cleaning.
It was a very slim selection of pizza to choose from. I ordered wings when I arrived, I never received them. I go to the register to check on/cancel my order the girl tells me "we might have given them to someone else, its alot of people ordering wings" when I walked in it was only 2 other families in there.
They were so nice, especially the girl who worked in the arcade. My 5 siblings each got 100 tickets because we shared all the cards. the girl who worked in the arcade gave us all more so we could actually get something, food was good and very extravagant.
Tables and chairs seemed they had never been cleaned. Hard stains on top of hard stains. The place was very slow so there was no excuse for dishes and trash to be on the tables. The salad bar was not fresh and seemed like lower quality ingredients. The price for an adult was over 10$ and much higher for an adult than I remember it being in the past. The desert bar was disappointing... literally dough with icing for everything. I feel sorry for whoever worked hard to initially start up this company. A huge disappointment.
The pizza is good...wish they didnt allow kids to run around.. too noisy.. maybe it was kids day...Saturdays. I suggest checking it out..
Went at a non-peak time when things were slow. They could do a better job at keeping restaurant clean. Tables and floor were dirty. Employee did nothing to wipe down tables. Just clear dishes without wiping down. I had to look at mess on floor while eating. Food bar was in dissaray.
This was a cool restaurant to visit they have some good pizza flavors & they have some dessert pizza & if you have a particular flavor in mind that you want to create they’ll make it for you. The restaurant was clean the staff was very nice & helping. There’s also an arcade for kids to play in.
