I have always enjoyed my visit to the coffee shop, but on this day there seem to be a bit of a chill in the air. Once we ordered our coffee we took a sit. It wasn't crowded only a few people so i figured i would hear something once our coffee came up. I didn't see the lady sit the coffee on the counter nor did she bother to anouse it. Finally i walk up after she was done waiting on the new comers. I ask why didn't she announce that the drinks were done, she look me in the face and said she did. What i was able to see was her and the orher employee were deep into their conversation, so much so that when she sat the coffee down she continued talking to her coworker rather than anouse the drink. My drinks were not hot and the whipped was no longer whipped. ???
Got in line for the drive thru at 7:57pm it’s 8:57pm now and we had to leave the line and come inside to reorder two Carmel frapps. I’m 8 months pregnant and not understanding what is the reason for a wait this long when people are ordering drinks or snacks that you pop in a microwave oven. I will be finding somewhere else to order my coffee drinks.
I love this startbucks she only had half my order I got the rest comped and sent on my way surprised
Great service and drinks are always great however they need to get the right “green” straws back!!! The straw was shorter than my drink and sank down in it so I had to remove the lid full of whipped cream just to consume it and I don’t like that! Where’s my signature green straw??
Get order wrong multiple times, new people don’t know how to make the drinks.Just bad experience overall. Need retraining or more love to the job.
Extremely long wait and beverage was not prepared as requested. Stuck in parking space as the drive thru line was extremely long as well. On a lighter note, Cashier was courteous.
This Starbucks use to be my favorite but not anymore. They never have any sandwiches, pastries, or cookies after 1 or 2pm and it was like that way before the pandemic. Recently went through the drive thru and asked if they had a pastry item then the lady responded that nothing can be added at the window. I told them to keep my order while driving away. Definitely will bypass this location and not waste my time or money.
Loved stopping by here. The staff were super friendly and coffee was perfect. The cashier was super super nice and as a customer it made me actually feel welcomed. ❤️
