The chicken was shriveled up and weird and tasted like rubber. The fries were wayyyyyyy undercooked tasted like I was just eating a straight up raw potato. Their trash cans are so hard to find like a bad game of hide and seek. Eating lunch there at noon and there’s only one other table….. #YIKES
Tasted and look like “fast food ribs” that was barely cooked on the inside and out. The manager informed that this color was due to the roasting.It appears to be very little to no grilling with these ribs.Cashier was nice.
Had dinner here once and will not never go back. Food was over priced and the service was bad. The young man that brought my food to the table never returned with anything I asked for. There was a total of 3 tables in the restaurant with guest I was one of them. On my way out the door I told the young man that he did not come back with anything I asked for, his reply was sorry we was busy. This place is the worst with food and service.
Great food. Friendly staff. very clean. got the food very quick and the hot peach cobbler was just what i needed on a rainy day!
Great food, at a great price. Highly recommend!!! The staff was awesome in helping someone who has never been there on what to try and even grabbed me extra sauce when I could have gotten up and gotten it myself. The Peach Cobbler was amazing, and highly recommended.
I wished they had less than 1 star. The wings I got were so small, a child would not be satisfied. For $15.48 for a 8 wing combo, the wings need to be bigger. Especially since it’s only 8. One was the tip of a wing, passing as a flat. Never will return.A few days after my review, I was asked to email Shane’s, nothing came of it
Went here on February 17, on a Thursday evening with a few co-workers from my job. Reasonable price and the food was good! Had the chopped bbq chicken with 2 sides ( mac&cheese and potatoe salad, toast and a drink for $12. Can't beat that good of a price!!
Horrible service. You ask for something and they ring it up wrong and tell you, you didn’t ask for that. I been to every other Shane’s and they didn’t have a problem getting my order right. Seems like this one need new employees with that attitude they carry. If you don’t like to serve people are you have a problem with certain people then working a job serving people shouldn’t be you job. Companies need to only pay employees on their performance rather then an hour.
Love their food. Never been disappointed. I think my only problem would be that I've experienced slow service. But in the end the food is always worth it.
Shane's Rib Shack always has great customer service. They are always so friendly and makes sure you have everything you need before you leave the facility. To top it all off, they have great food.
