Bad experience!!! Called an ordered 3 chicken & shrimp hibachi with wings, I asks what's my order total, I was told " oh I'm not at a register right now" I said ok did you add the wings? The young lady stated "yes" so I asks again" so what's my total? An she replied, "I'm not at a register, an what's the name and your order will be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to not only find my order being incomplete without wings that the total was almost $60, which wouldn't have been a problem if the order was taken and an amount of order was given. Terrible , Nonchalant customer service, an to top it off both young ladies at the counter looked at me if I were asking to much....WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO NOONE....
A bit pricey, but large portions. Excellent egg rolls, fried rice, Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Very small dining area, take outs are the way to go. Call in your order in advance for best results. Check the menu online.
Love the wings!! I've never had a bad experience here. Food is always fresh and the young lady at the front always takes good care of us
Ordered Honey Hot wings and shrimp hibachi. Love the combo, my two favorite foods. Food was delicious. Wait was okay, it was dinner rush, had to wait 20 minutes. I will be returning.
Acknowledge delivery drivers appropriately please. Stood at the counter for a few minutes to be completely ignored the entire time. The cashier even called someone to the counter and had me move. Had to cancel the order because I had multiple pick ups. Kindness goes a long way ✨04/20/2022 7:19pm
My experience at Rico's was just ok. I ordered 2 combo meals one with lemon Pepper wings and the other with honey mild wings. The chicken hibachi was ok.It wasn't flavorful but it was presented well. The lemon Pepper wing seasoning was more of a citrus verses your traditional style lemon Pepper so I was a bit disappointed because they looked really good.The Philly wasn't flavourful but did the job , the fries were ok and the honey mild were just ok.
Had the combination steak and chicken hibachi plus 6 honey bbq wings.The hibachi was cooked properly. Good wok technique. 4/5.But the sauce was dark, bitter, and tasted too much of soy sauce. Makes me think that it came from a jar and/or the pan wasn't cleaned between meals. Definitely the latter.The steamed rice was undercooked. Needed just a bit more water in the steamer.Ditch the bottled sauce and use minced garlic, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, some ground ginger, and ground black pepper.The wings seemed cooked in aged oil and were over sauced in a thick honey bbq. I'd skip them.Overall, I think Rico's is on the cusp of being a great short order eatery. Just need better management choices when it comes to cutting corners.5 stars to the staff. Polite without being saccharine sweet. Lots of hustle and you can see the pride and determination the feel right on their faces.
Food is great at this place I’ve seen a few bad experiences and that’s ok cause not all of us like our food cook same way I never get tired of eating here because i know this guys make an effort to make us all happy, I’ve been to other places and they make u eat what they have no exemptions.at Rico’s they try their best to make you go home happy, no matter what u ask they will cook it for u just the way you like but we can expect them to know exactly what you like if we don’t inform them once we make our order I’ve notice they’re very clean, they wear masks at all time and costumer service is awesome I’ve noticed they stay busy all the time but they still manage to make every order a special order highly recommend it .??
I order the same thing when I go and most times(about 85% or greater) I get a different order. They have a policy that once food leaves the building, they will not provide customer with a refund nor will they correct their own errors. Today was the last straw for me. I'm tired of paying them for food that I do not get. When I order fried rice most times I get steamed. They open the box to show the food, but they hide the steamed rice under the hibachi veggies so that customers are unaware UNTIL we get home. Plus, they cover the rice in a brown sauce to make it looked fried, but when you take a bite, you know the difference. I spoke with the mismanager, Alex and he was very unwilling to correct their error. SINCE THEY DO NOT RESPECT MY DIME AND MY TIME, THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE OF EITHER!
My husband and I ate here for the first time today and the food was so so (ok) not all that for their prices I ordered the shrimp Hibachi w/five wings the rice and veggies was bland no taste and the rice does taste mushy but the shrimp had a good taste and I got honey mild wings they wasn't sweet or mild just wings with a sauce on'em and my husband got the chicken Philly w/wings he got lemon pepper flavor he said they were good but what a waste of 35 dollars YES....35 DOLLARS I don't think we'll be back to this place my husband and i both agree that AMERICAN DELI has the best wings !
