Stood in line for 10mns without any acknowledgement from the crew or manager. Everyone just looked at all the people in line. They kept doing what they were doing. I guess focusing on the drive thru orders. The one associate ask the manager for help or she would clock out. Manager never acknowledge any guess with 6 people in line. 5/15/2022 5:17pm.
I came to this location after traveling from the Riverdale location hoping for better food and cyst service. I ordered the flounder fish sandwich and was highly upset. I waited extra time for fresh food but still did not receive hit food. The sandwich was soggy and fries where Luke warm. I contacted corporate thinking well they can make this better in some form of way. Well that was not the case. I will never eat at another Popeyes just because of their poor service and lack of concern from corporate. They kept email me as if they were doing something about the issue. They ask for all type of information as if they were actually going to resolve my issue. Well they kept saying we sent an email. They don’t even have the power from within to address a issue. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY AND TIME AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR GOOD SERVICE OR GOOD FOOD!
I have been sitting here in drive they since 4:20 pm. I sat at the order box for over 10 minutes without my order being taken. This place is very unprofessional and lack good customer service. I am very disappointed in how business is conducted. I called the inside and spoke with a Linda who stated she was the manager after I asked for one. I notified her that I had been sitting here in drive thru for all this time. She said hold on let me see what is transpiring and then she hung up on me. I could have went to any other establishment and gotten better service, however, I landed myself here at this place. Please stay away!!! Please and I will be asking for my order to be discounted as well for the long wait and my gas being wasted. Black guy Mr. Carr, who is the manager stated at the window they were doing a shift change, as I was talking to him, he rudely walked off in mid conversation, so very unprofessional. Spoke with Linda about him, stated she would take care of it. Linda needs a raise and a better staff!!!
We went in to order a fish sandwich. We incorrectly ordered a chicken sandwich meal…I own that mistake. No biggie as we will eat them tomorrow, so we ordered two fish sandwiches. Everything came out fast and hot. Went to the car to eat as the dining room is big open…there goes a star…opened our fish sandwiches and started eating.Turns out they were pieces of chicken! Wrapped in the fish sandwich wrapper and with tarter sauce! Ever had a chicken sandwich with tartar sauce? Not the greatest.So, we then opened our originally ordered chicken sandwiches and the breading on the chicken was totally different than the fish/chicken. The only thing we can figure is that someone breaded chicken as if it was flounder and they all thought it was fish.
Okay the food is aight. But you still can't eat inside and expect the drive thru to be the same as it was before the pandemic. My car was parked to wait on my order and they still managed to leave food out. Fire up the air fryer or deep fryer and do it yourself
Pregnant young lady they have at the window has a disgusting attitude!!! Every single time I go there she acts the same way. It does not matter how nice you are when you order her attitude is always nasty. Please don’t ask for hot sauce she acts as if you’ve asked her to do more than her job. I won’t be back until they get rid of her. Stop condoning bad customer service!! The hand gestures and the neck roll is just too much. Never a smile. Never pleasant!! Not to mention on my last two visits I received burned chickens and Mac. They need to make a few changes for sure!
This by far is the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. The workers stole my moms credit card info and ordered stuff online. It had to be this restaurant because it was the only place she used her card.. they are always slow. Says online they open at 10:30 it’s now 11;30 and they still have yet to open. Staff is rude and rather talk to each other than prepare food. If I can give no stars I would! Last time ever visiting this location!! Do BETTER
***UPDATE AS OF 2/5/2022- The reason for 5 stars was the response from the RGM JAKE MILLER.I received an email from the RGM JAKE MILLER on 2/4/2022. He wanted me to come to the establishment and he would refund my purchase. I went today and he did just that. He apologized for the staff that worked on 2/3/22. He assured that he is trying to get this establishment fully staffed. I feel he was very sincere and asked that I give them another chance. I will do that but will give them time to get a great team together. Thank you Jake Miller I appreciate your help with this matter.**Original Post** I gave them 1 star just because I couldn't give them a zero.No one was there except me and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my order.I recently visited this Popeyes which is a treat for my family. Needless to say I was very disappointed on that night. The chicken was leathery, red beans and rice was burnt and the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. I decided to reach out because corporate might not be aware of the issues at this location. I tried several different numbers and I finally reached the customer service number where someone finally answered. I told the person I didn't figure I'd even hear from anyone.She took my information and really thought was the end of it.
Included with my order was a spicy chicken sandwich which I didn't receive. I got an original with a bite out of the bread.after calling I was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.i eventually hung up and tried to call back but I can't get through
I am so angry and disappointed with Popeyes in general, and this store in particular. Over the past 2 years, I have experienced every aspect of customer service and food quality decrease. Food quantity, quality, and preparation have all fallen to a horrible low. Employees constantly practice disrespect, show zero knowledge of customer service, absolutely refuse to be courteous, and most disappointing of all... truly appear to be illiterate at a minimum, incompetent at a maximum. There are times when they actually appear to mimic robots, incapable of communication and simple human interaction, yet also inefficient and ineffective at performing their duties, from taking orders to preparing food to serving customers.
