Recently I've had not the best service. I placed a pizza delivery but they had me picking my order up. When I called back I was told it was for a pick up. I explained NO its for delivery by this time I was told they were closing UGH! The second time I ordered for delivery aboutv19 minutes later I was told that they didn't have NO delivery drivers UGH! it is obvious they don't communicate very well with each other.
I ordered a medium pan meat lovers and it looked like a cheese pizza with crumbles on it. As soon as I paid for it I had it taken off my card never left Pizza Hut with that mess! Not to even mention the pizza was 19.00 with no meat on it!
Hadn't had Pizza Hut in literally decades but was curious about the Spicy Pepperoni & took a chance on the closest Pizza Hut while running errands. Picked up a cheap bottle of wine at the grocery store & the pizza was ready.
Usually have great service and food prepared quickly but I don’t know what happened today. I order a mushroom and pineapple pizza, looks there’s barely any mushroom. Terrible job especially if you’re going to charge extra for toppings. Very disappointed…
I used to love this place. I used to order from them every week for the past 4 years. Not sure if they are under new management or not but as of late they have been horrible. They are always out of stuff, they clearly don’t communicate in there either. I’m over it. I hate to even leave a tip but I know it’s for the delivery driver and not the ppl behind the counter
First and last time at any Pizza Hut: it was that bad. Cheese burnt onto crust, crust hard and straight as a board, zero sauce. It was so bad that even my 8 year old said no thanks. Nice counter experience, but when we got home we were extremely disappointed.
Tried to overcharge me for pizza that I got twice this week from two separate locations. And it smells bad inside glad I didn’t eat here . Covington location and locust grove location I had no problems.
The cheese sticks were delicious! They have the perfect amount of cheese & seasoning.
Order was correct, food was hot and delicious. My family and I enjoyed our food. Will definitely eat here again.
Just ordered from here, my experience is usually good but I don’t know what happened tonight. My husband picked it up & gave some to the kids before i could even see it but from what’s left it, I would have taken it back as soon as I saw this has he not given it to the kids. it was prepared sloppily.. to much cheese it was supposed to have bacon, pepperoni & ham, there is no bacon & barely any ham. I tried to call to speak with a manager but no one would answer so I left my complaint with Pizza Hut online. This is unacceptable
