Salisbury steal was tough, rice was mushy, mac and cheese tasted like flavored noodles. Cabbage and roll was good. Cake was okay. The meal definitely tasted like school cafeteria food. The building could also use a serious upgrade.
The food wasn't bad but, it wasn't the greatest either. I went there because it reminded me of my childhood and I haven't been there in years, so I want to give them a 3.5 if that were possible. I ordered the liver and onions with green beans and mac n cheese. The liver and green beans were good. The mac and cheese was a little dry.
I’m reviewing this place as I’m still sitting that the table. Food was bland and over cooked. Straight out of a can. Had to return the mac and cheese because it was so oily and tasted awful. Roast beef is of very low quality and fatty. I will post the pic I took of the fat cut off of two (2) roast beef plates. Keep in mind they weigh each slice. So you’re paying for this people! There’s no more roast beef on the kids menu. Why? No idea. Building is in ill repair. The lady at the serving line was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen in the food service industry. The highlight? The desserts and even that was a 3/5 and straight from a box. The line to check out was literally across the building because they only had one cashier. And price? Good Lord…85 dollars for 5 people. It’s sad but I’ll never spend my money here again.
Great food fast service always hit and fresh
I love to go on Thursday for Liver and onions of course any day is a good day at Piccadilly. Veggies are always delicious. Desserts are excellent. I had the lemon icebox pie and my wife always gets peach cobbler with lots of crust. I love their crab salad and cornbread. I let them know I'm a Veteran, and get a discount. I think I'll go back Sunday!!
I normally enjoy everything everytime I've gone here. This time I was disappointed, the rice was gummy and the chopped beef didn't taste the same. It had a different taste and texture and they added wayyy to much oil to the green beans, oil was swimming in my bowl. I hope this isn't the beginning of poor quality.
We visited on a Sunday after church for lunch. Selection included a big variety of entrees and sides. The cold salads looked really good and there was a nice variety too!! Desserts were tempting, but we resisted. Server was attentive and friendly. Dining room was clean and tables were fairly spaced out. Prices were a little high, but food prices are getting so high I guess it's to be expected.
Dining here brought back memories. The food was delicious and as I remembered for the most part. The building is in need of repairs and the floors were extremely slippery.I'd definitely eat there again to try and help their numbers to get me of a budget for repairs although just myself can't make that big of an impact.
My experience today was very good. The service was very great I had the fried chicken with cabbage broccoli cheese rice. The Fried Chicken was a bit salty but it was fresh. Thanks again for a great service and a great meal. Oh I love the garlic bread.
I purchased three dinners at the Piccadilly Fayetteville location on January 10, 2022 at 7pm. My friend and I ate in the dining facility and had the worst experience ! The food was not hot and the cornbread that I placed in my mouth smelled like a baby’s boo boo diaper. No kidding! The waitress smelled the fowl odor without taking off her mask. She immediately shared the smell with the on site manager who immediately refunded my money. They did not remove the contaminated cornbread from the food line even though they confirmed the horrible odor. I personally went to the server to ask them to remove the cornbread , but they said they smelled the others and they were ok. Unbelievable!!!!! Cramping and nausea are my current symptoms. Poison control advised me to drink plenty of Gatorade and pedialyte and seek medical help ! I will not eat here ever again!!!
