HORRIBLE! Awful customer service. Delivered wrong order twice. Took act of congress to get a call back about the order. Teenager asked us to take picture of wrong order bring it to store for a refund. Yeah no. She finally saidI'll give you the refund and hung up. I don't spend my money where I am not valued as a customer. I encourage you to do the same. Customer retention keeps businesses open... If could give a zero I would. Papa Johns should consider taking customer service classes from Chick-fil-A. No worries, my pleasure.
Horrible experience!! Ordered online and it said 30-40 minutes... called store an hour later to see wth was up woth the pizza, got put on hold. Called from another line, same thing, waited forever. Called back and pushed the number for "new order" spoke with someone just like that. Long story short pizza wasn't made after hearing it was from another employee. Drove down there to pick it up, and RUDE kids working there. NEVER again!
I’m new to the area, first time at this store. I ordered 2 pizzas on my way home from work. I also had a Pepsi that I forgot I was coming back in the store and the white guy with glasses was literally stuff money in his pockets at the register like he was stealing maybe I’m wrong but I probably won’t be using my card here again. No telling what these people are using our information for
They're a little understaffed on some days since the reopening from their temporary closure, but the staff work great under pressure and get all the orders out regardless. They were sure to keep people waiting updated in regards to the status of their order and did everything they could the night I went. It naturally took a little longer due to a lack of staff, but the food still turned out great.
They will not answer the phone at all so there is no way to let them know your order is wrong. For the fourth time, they have left out all the extra sauces I paid for, left my order on the porch, and didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. They are as bad as Dominos now. I will stick with Partners and pick it up myself. Not worth it.
Don't order through Uber the time changed 3 times for the delivery to call and they tell me it shows as carry out when my app says delivery.
I like to use the drive through window so that I don't have to go into the restaurant (social distancing) it was closed for some reason when I went into the store I was shocked to see only two employees had on masks. Aren't we still living in a pandemic
It never fails the pizza is always undercooked even when you request for it to be prepared well done. Additionally, the employees do not wear gloves.
My family frequently orders from 520 N Glynn St here in Fayetteville. One of their drivers just caught me off and gave me the birdie. I went to speak with the manager there, and they offering no apology.
Pizza is always fresh, correct and ready on time. The drive through pick up is a great option. Only Papa Johns I will order from. I’ve only ordered for pickup, so can’t comment on delivery service.
