This place is amazing for Chinese food. My husband and I love this place. The only thing I would say is that they don't give a big enough portion of food, but the food is really good. I would recommend this place.
Went to this Panda Express in Fayetteville and server displayed poor customer service. I noticed she was getting my order from the bottom of the pan as opposed to giving me fresh from the top. When I asked her to please give me the fresh from the top, she appeared to have had a problem doing it!Probably, won't patronage this location again!
The manager, Solken was so accommodating, and sweet. Called to fix some thing with my online order, and was very professional. Keep up the good work, my kids were so happy!
I work at this panda express and i like it. I notice people are upset about the teriyaki chicken, which in my opinion is nothing to be upset about, but we don’t have any because there’s a supply shortage and we only get it once a week and they don’t send enough. “you should take it off the menu” no we still serve it, but we don’t get enough. as for drive thru speed and service, i usually work drive thru when i’m there and i move fast, we only have slow downs when we are waiting for fresh food to come out so we can finish our orders. as for attitude, i feel my coworkers only get upset at customers when the customers are rude to us. we are never just rude and mean for no reason. if you all have said something rude to us or are asking us a question we already answered, we’re going to get short tempered. all in all, i believe this is a good restaurant to come to, i know our customer service is always great and we do our best to satisfy you guys.
Everytime I go to this location no mater if it's 1pm in the afternoon they are out of the Teryaki Chicken and other entrees if you go through Drive thru and they are out you have to wait a very long time to get out. Manager needs to make sure enough food is being cooked throughout the day 1 is to early to be out of several items. The food is good when you can get it. Never had a problem with customer service besides not caring if they have the food to stay open.
The service there was extremely slow. I waited in the slow-thru (Drive-thru) for 30min. And it’s one of those drive-thru were you can’t leave the line your just stuck there until they get to you. Not worth the wait food is not worth the wait Chow mein are so dry. Should have gone to Chipotle.
Have visited this particular panda express quite often with my kids. Just got home with two plates and the rice has a horrible taste and smell. Smells like it's spoiled. Called to speak to a manager of course a manager is not available and will not be in today at all. Smh. Tried to explain to the lead person they may need to check the rice. Something is off. Had to throw both of our food out. With no help from the store
At 7:30p, they were out of quite a few items. Some were being remade, some not. They were also out of soy sauce until the next truck (2 days). The staff was nice to us, but we're still upset (verbally and visually) about a previous customer.
The construction and design of this location locks you into the drive thru so you have both choice but to wait for your turn at the window. When I arrived, there were only 2 cars in front of me in the line. Its completely unacceptable for this location to have me waiting in a drive thru line for 24 minutes because of the "customer in front of me" shrimp order. I asked the cashier to ask the manager on duty if I could receive my order (a single kids meal) complimentary due to the hold time. The cashier stated that the manager Sohkleng was unwilling to do so. This is poor customer service that would have not been necessary if they had simply parked that one customer in the vehicle in front of me who was patiently waiting on shrimp. Instead, the line had grown to become wrapped around the building and there was no concession for the one customer who had been forced to wait all this time. I would have driven off if I could have. I dont appreciate that or the feeling of low customer appreciation. The least they could have done was given my food for free. Good service would be having food being cooked before you are completely out if it so the line may continue to move.
I picked up a order today from the drive thru. The mute mouth lady wasn't friendly at all, and apparently didn't know how to communicate with customers. Also she didn't bag my order correctly or closed the boxes up properly. I had rice, chicken, and broccoli all in the floor of my car. I immediately turned around for them to fix this. They were very unapologetic about I will NEVER eat there again.
