Great place to eat and one of my favorites. I would rate 5 stars but I feel as if that would not be fair as my waiter has been pretty bad the last 2 times I went, same waiter of course. I was ignored for most of my meal and ended up having to go find my waiter so I could pay my bill, this was maybe 20 minutes after we had finished our last bite. After he served us we might as well have not been there. Another waiter was the only one who came up to our table to ask if we needed anything else.As long as you don't get that one waiter you should have a wonderful experience.
If I could give lower than a one star I would. The drive thru was packed so we went inside. Stood at the counter for several minutes and was never acknowledged. I know that at least three of the employees looked up and saw us standing there!!! No one said a word to us!!! Walked out and decided to look up info on this McDonald’s to send management a complaint and saw other similar post about this same inaction to customers posted!! Who knew that you must place your order at a kiosk!! I saw no sign stated that or a kiosk!!! Will never go back!!!
We went there after my daughter's drama performance. It was late she was hungry and wanted a cheeseburger. After waiting in a looong drive thru line we were rudely told that they were only serving fries no burgers and what do we want. when we disbelievingly asked him you're only serving fries? He rudely said yeah. What did you want. We obviously didn't order anything. Unbelievable. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would...had 1 car in front of me tonight and the kid who took my order had a MAJOR attitude.. the food that is where it only gets worse.. ordered a quarter pounder and when I got home and took a bite it was still raw.. absolutely disgusting...
This location is turning around and getting better. The drive through took a little time, but all the food was correct and the staff was friendly.
i would give zero stars if i could. worst service i’ve ever received at a mcdonald’s. the guy taking my order was beyond disrespectful, yelling at me at the drive through order screen, rushing me to finish my order. lying to me saying they could not do burgers. i ordered 30 nuggets and fries, when i got my order it was a bunch of cheeseburgers. manager could care less about the disrespectful, lazy, dumb workers that she has working there
The entire team at this McDonald's location do their very best for customer satisfaction. The effort they put in for customer friendliness, satisfaction, and cleanliness is superb.Visited this location after a long day of errands. When I arrived they were closed for cleaning. Upon expressing to the manager that I was hungry. She was compassionate enough to prepare food for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you Ms. Williams.
The cashier had some severe attitude when I requested more ketchup. I wondered if there was a shortage (?).There was also very loud foul language coming from the kitchen area. Otherwise the food was good.
30 + minutes just to place order and there was only one car in front of me. Then gave cold fries. So I had to wait again for hot fries
Server at the pick up window was extremely rude and unprofessional. She became frustrated about a request for napkins and ketchup. She stuffed them into my hands and yelled about mother just dying. I waited and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. Gave me a first name only of Tasha. She had green color in her hair and gold teeth. She yelled I hope nobody in my family dies! She should not be in customer service. If she is experiencing trauma, she should be relieved from duties until shes calm. This location is getting worse. Always out of items, closes early, credit machine down, always something. I share condolences but this is unacceptable. Please provide some training and support for this location.
