The sign on the door said it was a 24 hour location. I pulled up to the drive through speaker and waited for a minute and there was no answer. I began asking for assistance in getting my order, asking if they were open there was no response. After waiting for 3 minutes I pulled up to the 2nd window and there where 3 employees. one made eye contact with me and I tried to get her attention. She looked at me and walked away. Another employee was near the window and also looked at me, ignored me. Another employee appeared, I made eye contact with him and he turned his back . I knocked on the window, they all ignored me.I just sat there waiting for assistance no one came to me. I saw one employee walk out the door, I got his attention , he said we arent open we are waiting on workers And that there was another McDonalds down the road. I am completely disgusted by the lack of respect. It would have been simple for any employee to nicely tell me they are short staffed and still closed I would have understood. I also called the store 4X to talk to someone about this situation and no one answered the first two times, the other 2 times someone answered and hung up. This is just flat out disrespectful, rude, and awful people they are hiring who don’t know the basics of common human courtesy.

After spending FIFTY MINUTES in line to order my food, that’s what I got: a totally undercooked sandwich, tasting horrible. There are many other reviews here complaining about this. Besides that, I ordered coke and they gave me tea. The fries were old too. The person who took the order was also very unfriendly. This location is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Disgusting! I would give zero stars if I could.
My niece didn't get her fries in her happy meal. They put a box in her box probably wjy they couldn't fit the other food. I didn't get my sprite, mixed up with the smoothie order for my nieces. Thankfully they still love Mc Donald's! ?
Visited today. Not my usual McDonald's. Waited in line for 20 mins, only to be told that they were only accepting cash. I know things happen. Use signs sometimes. Time wasted abd still hungry.
As of last night I will drive the extra miles to go to go to another McDonald's any other McDonald's besides this one. Upon arriving I was told they were shut down for the night at 10:08 PM.This is not the only reason that I won't return to this McDonald's. The staffing staffing is not pleasant. They act as if you're bothering them when you get to the window to get your food if you ask you ask for anything. There are no thanks you.
I just waited in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes. They were deliberately only taking one car every 10 minutes!!! The worst! If you don't want customers just do what y'all always do and place the cones on both sides. It will save everyone time!!!!
No one was answering the drive through at 910pm. The line of cars is 7 or 8 deep. Apparently, we all crave the fatty goodness hiding behind those golden arches. I pull up to the cashiers window hoping to place my order or scratch a few sesame seeds out of the window crevices so i can lick them off my finger. No one is there. The car in front of me has attempted the same procedure, but she chose the red pill and ventured further into the rabbit hole. I watch her impatiently to see if she is placing an order for deliciously salty fries, but i see no one at the window to hear her cries for greasy all meat patties with special sauce. Curiosity compels me at this point to park and venture inside what I can only assume will be a zombie ridden McDonald's whose employees have all had their brains eaten on this cold winter's eve. Alas! The fast food gods have smiled upon me! and i see a young woman timidly approach the window as I walk toward the building. My hungry eyes betray my desperation to stuff pounds of mickyDs in my face, and she gives me a nervous side eye stare. "Are you open? The speakers aren't working in the drive through" I say diplomatically. (Really, no one is working in the drive through). She crushes my hopes and dreams with "we're about to close." And turns to disappear inside the well lit, yet abandoned looking building. I walk away as a salty sea of tears wells up inside me. One solitary tear hits my lips and the the flashbacks of French fries is about to unleash a full on waterfall when the lady in the van in front me rolls down her window "sir!" I turn, hopeful she will toss one of her golden fries toward my hungry eyes and pleading lips. "They close at 10. I dont what shes talking about." My watch says 923 precisely. My stomach longs for McDonald's, but my heart accepts bitter defeat after having already invested 22 minutes into this fast food debacle. "Thank you for the information! I concede this battle of wills to mcdonalds." I drive off to fetch a large pizza from papa johns. Oh that delicious buttery garlic sauce...indeed PJs has saved the day. I told them to send their regards to the king of the big mac as I departed with hot cheesy deliciousness that was born to console my broken heart.
This location has AWFUL customer service and they don't make you feel welcome to come there. I will never return. I had to wait awhile and the employee's clearly saw me standing there patiently waiting. I had to say something first because no one never acknowledged me. I was there to pick up a Doordash order.
I Love McDonald's, however, this one needs to work on customer service skills with the staff at the food pick-up window!! EVERY TIME I order a coke I get a nasty Dr. Pepper, I hate Dr Pepper!! When I wait in the extremely long line to give it back and get my coat that I ordered instead I get a nasty worker who is very irritated that I'm returning a drink that I did not order!! Insane!! And why don't they wear latex gloves even when serving the drinks because they put their nasty hands all over the outside of the lids, I went to another McDonald's several blocks away and they wear latex gloves when serving drinks I think they all should how disgusting!!
