Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tried calling 3 separate times. Waited 10 minutes each. Personnel would pick up the phone and just leave it beside the cradle. EXTREMELY disappointed. Just trying to get something to eat. Always have left good reviews. Definitely surprised.

Burned the cheesy bread but delivered it anyway. When I came to the door the driver pick my pizza and drink off the ground and handed it to me. This place is complete Trash.
Wings were terrible. Too greasy, cold and too salty. These are not lemon pepper wings, the are salt wing. Pizza was cold. Awful restaurant! Let the buyer beware!
Marcos is great but this location doesn't accept online coupons.
No matter when I visit this location they are always prompt with my order and it's always fresh, hot and tasty.

Used online ordering and picked up. Large deluxe, half and half, mixed up the halfs. Wings, kinda dry over cooked. Greek salad and cheesy bread rounds it out. Average quality. A little disappointed.
I understand being short staffed and having to wait a little longer but a bad attitude to customers from staff including person in charge is unacceptable. I’m not returning here. Terrible service.
I stopped ordering from this Marcos months ago because the quality had slipped. I gave it another try today and while the pizza itself was delicious, the service was not great. I picked the pizza up and it turns out that even though I had paid online with a credit card, my pizza (which I could see on the shelf) just sat there while the "customer service representative " wandered around doing other things for several minutes before finally handing me my pizza. I am disappointed with this ridiculous situation and have no plans to order from this store again. Tip....don't add gratuity online before experiencing the customer service.
