Return consistency UPDATE: 6/4/22Just left from picking up my order (Order # 114200051709) and was disappointed. My mouth was fixed for my loaded baked potato that was clearly on my receipt but it was not there! Instead I received cold fries for both orders.Order was said to be ready @ 8:10 pm, I arrived at 8:15 pm and received my food at about 8:25. Highly disappointing- I guess I’ll have to leave them alone for a while.On the upside: the burger was decent but the bacon was extremely salty!Love Longhorn! The curbside pickup is always full which makes for an interesting parking experience. However, the food is always good and the staff was prompt.
The best curbside appealing view for a restaurant in the area.The wait time was limited to be seated. The environment of the was outstanding. The redesign of the decor caught my eye. I continued to look around during the time I eat. I stages of food was released to me in excellent condition and on remarkable time. I have recommended out back steakhouse to my friends and family. I mentioned to them to enjoy the everything that is new and fresh feeling.
Been here quite a few times & my dine in experiences have always been good. The staff are friendly & the food is good. It’s usually not crowded you get seated soon as you walk in & you don’t have to wait forever to get your food.
The Fayetteville longhorn has always been my favorite! For the last few visits I have been highly disappointed with cleanliness of this establishment. You can see half Eaten food and glasses are left on tables. I ask for a coke and both times it came out flat and the glass was dirty. I understand every where is short staff, but something has to change.
The waitress give us excellent customer service however, I asked for a well done steak ( I specifically asked it be very well done.) I had to send it back bloody and when it came back it still had pink inside. I asked for the manager and after viewing my steak she took 10 percent off my bill. I couldn't eat the steak and didn't want to send it back again so I was left with just a potato for dinner.
Takeout order simple Wild West shrimp crispy called in the order at 4:45 Ashley stated the order will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes got there at 5;00. A guy said my order will not be ready until after 5:20. Got the order at 5:20 nothing crispy about it and no bread that I ordered the worst no customer service having Longhorn that I ever been too. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK HERE
The foods was good and fresh It wasn't that expensive We had our Christmas gathering & some of My family was there celebrating A Wedding Everybody was nice
I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The only grace I'm able to give them is the possible staff shortage. I placed an order online, I was given a 25-30 minute curbside time. Once I arrived and attempted to sign in, I called and was hung up on. The second call, the phone just rang. I then went inside. It took 15 minutes before I was able to talk to anyone. As I was waiting, others were also waiting for their orders as well. Orders were made wrong, incomplete and one guy asked for a refund because he waited over two hours for his order. My total wait time was over an hour. After saying I was going to cancel my order, did I get my order. The asparagus I ordered was over cooked and tasted awful, my steak was small but tasted good. The loaded potato weren't very loaded at all. At almost $40, I felt it was definitely not worth what I'm use to with Longhorn. I feel like I'm owed a free meal or a refund. It will be a long time before I choose to eat here again. 2 thumbs down this time.

Look I know it's the holidays but this is unacceptable. This is my third time this year coming this location and Everytime it's been less than stellar. I ordered my Ribeye togo medium rare and when I get home it's pretty much well done! Plus the side salad wasn't even enough to even fill the plastic container you gave me. Yeah I'll drive the extra miles to Outback instead.
