Each time I decide to give this location another chance, I am terribly disappointed. Ordered a lunch special inside at 1:25 and understood it would be about 5 minutes. 30 minutes later after employees arguing in kitchen about not making it, I was finally given my order. No apology nothing. Certainly can't teach Customer Service or pride in a job in this day and age.
The location in Fayetteville Ga is horrible. They should just stop advertising hot n ready because there are NEVER any pizzas ready. I have been there about 2 times in the last month and it's the same every time.Today I was greeted at the window by an employee sitting down at the window and proceeded to say there were no pizzas ready because they are short staffed. They are short staffed yet he is seated at the window just chilling instead of working. I would not have this complaint if this happened on one occasion but it's been this way for the past 4-5 months. Do better Little Ceasars in Fayetteville Ga.
I've been calling for 20 minutes to cancel my order and they are just hanging up on me! I need a manager asap
I’m seeing some similar reviews on this store that capture my experience. I went inside to place an order for two hot-n-Readys and a crazy bread. Really not much of an order, but I this store puts the “Hot-n-Ready” name to SHAME. I waited more than 30 MINUTES for my order. The front counter seemed to pretend we wern’t there and did not seem to care. Looking into the back, I could tell there was no urgency in making our orders. The drive through here seemed to get some sort of priority over the lobby it seemed. Another poor lady who had placed an online order had been asked at least 5 times what her order was. She waited as long or longer. The staff seemed disorganized and as if they were not tracking orders. It was so puzzling. I’m from the Detroit area, where this company is HQ’d. I NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Hot-Ready, or two. Or three. This store’s customer service is tragic. It’s unacceptable, really. I’ll never come back thats for certain. This is not written with the intent of being mean, but to bring awareness that the business just simply can’t operate like this. It’s a real shame to see. The worst part about it all was when she finally brough my pizza, she realized I the bread in the heater (which had been there since before I arrived……) was not crazy bread, so they had to make some… after waiting over 30 minutes. Yeah this store is real bad.
Got there a 8:10 was told by the employee just wearing a white t shirt that there closing soon and that there not making anything unless it’s cheese or pepperoni like a whole hour away from closing . Very rudely was denied any request to make anything other than that finally made my slices and stix no Italian seasoning at all on it might as well just got a cheese pizza . Terrible customer service and terrible worth ethic I would apreaciate it if a manger could reach out to me
Yesterday, I ordered an ExtraMostBestest pepperoni pizza online. Went to go pick it up through the drive thru and, I don’t know the employee’s name, but the lady said that the store was closed. Mind you, I ordered the pizza at 8:33pm yesterday and the pickup is at 8:58pm. Today I went back and showed the receipt to another employee explaining what happened, then the same lady from last night came up and told me that they don’t have my pizza. I just walked right out because I don’t have no energy to give into this nonsense. I never had any bad experiences until yesterday and today. Guess who’s not going to spend no more money in this unprofessional place.
I ordered a deep dish lunch pizza and a Stuffed crust extra most bestest pizza. I didnt mind paying the extra cost with inflation but the order I received was disappointing. My deep dish was a thin crust and my other pizza was tiny in comparison to the size it should have been. When I called I was told I would have to drive an hour 1 way back to the restaurant for a refund when I ordered online with my card. Just a bad experience all around.
Honestly, if there was a negative star rating, I'd give it to them. This store is absolutely horrible. There may be a good employee, or two behind the counter. But if so, there is so much attitude and nastiness in this store that honestly it would be better for them to either revamp their staff, or shut down completely. There were 4 people in the waiting area and no one asked for our orders. It took us becoming slightly impatient from waiting a while for them to began working on our orders. And even then, there was ABSOLUTELY NO URGENCY. Honestly, this location seems like it's customers are more of a nuisance or an inconvenience than appreciated. Not being mean, but it's seriously bad in this store. My question is why doesn't cooperate do something? I understand lacking staff. I'm willing to 100% give grace there. But the state of this store is "we just don't care".
I went up to the store Today, Monday March 28th. The service was terrible and Sam was unsanitary, not using gloves. Sam was aggressive being very noisy, I had to wait an hour for two pepperoni pizzas and a cheese bread. I then came back up at 4:30pm and Sam said the store was closed.
Just watched the manager go off on his employee, gave her the buisness in front of everyone, attempted to send her home. She just stood there on her phone; he then treated the guests in front of me that had pre ordered like trash and tried to involve them in the "work drama" so I high tailed it out of there.That was horrific to watch. Absolutely horrific.
