I've been to this establishment before pre pandemic & had a good experience. This time Not so good. The waitress (Destiny) wasnt to familiar with the Menu but she tried. The kitchen messed up my partners order & half of the order (salad plate for the fajitas) was brought out, for it to sit for 15min & get cold ?. When asked by another waitress (nosey tail self) if we were alright & we expressed the issue @ hand, she then proceeded to act as if WE were bothering her, when again she asked US. When another staff member (the bartender) was asked for the Manager. He acted as he was the MOD ?, I wasn't convinced but went along with the shenanigans. The issue was explained, another (salad plate) was brought out, after the unsizzling fajitas finally arrived. By now my Partner doesn't care to eat anything that has came out that kitchen. Nothing was comped. The only person who didn't give excuses & offered an apologize was our Original waitress Destiny. Normally the Kitchen would affect the waitress tip but in this case I still tiped Destiny b/c she's Not a reflection of the experience. The pandemic has made All customer service go to S$%/'s. Trying to support smaller establishments, I know next time to go with my 1st mind & stick with our go to spot ìn the area..... La Parilla.
Had the enchiladas last night and sad to say, they seemed to be old as the tortilla was hard to cut with the fork and knife. The rice was crunchy. I've eaten at less expensive Mexican restaurants and enjoyed the food way better. When the busser came to take my plate it was only half eaten and I didn't bother to take the rest home to eat as it was already pretty much inedible when it was served. This was 1st time eating here and I don't plan to go back. It wasn't good at all...my Texas marguerita was very weak and seemed to be missing something. Someone please tell the guy delivering chips that's it's okay to greet the guests that you brought chips to. You are part of the guests first impression...I had passed by here plenty and finally decided to stop in to eat, I was nowhere near impressed.
We went for dinner tonight. We were told we could not (they were not seating people in the booths) sit in a booth, yet watched as they sat customer after customer in them. The restaurant was not full or getting close. We were surprised by the decrease in menu, but understood. What we ordered at first was not their normal standard food and when we sent it back we watched as the manager addressed the cooking staff. We then got a new meal which was not good either. We watched as other food went back. At no time did the manager ever make a round to any tables. We will not be back.
Found a rusty screw in my quesadilla one time. The next time I ordered shrimp nachos, they delivered the nachos without shrimp. Then told me they forgot that they were out of shrimp after delivering the meal. Will never go to this restaurant again. Poorly managed. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Went with coworkers after work. I almost broke my neck tripping on the rug outside the entrance. Told the hostes the rug was a hazard, and she just looked at me. Another employee taped it down after I told him. The wait staff was inattentive and we had to ask 3 people to get our checks. One party's entre was delivered, and it didn't look appetizing from the moment in was placed on the table. She said it had a bitter, burned, metallic taste. They refused to take it off her check even though it was essentially uneaten. Customer service is a score of 0 if allowable.
I went here with a friend for lunch. The host greeted us as soon as we came in. He also apologized that there was a wait due to short staffing, which I understood. We sat down to wait and after a few minutes were seated because someone cancelled. He offered more cost efficient meals for sharing. He was very attentive and I appreciate that. All together we had a great meal with a great server/host. I will return again and again.
We ordered a steak entree, fajita, burrito, Margaritas and kids meals. Everything was disgusting! It tasted worse than hospital food and majority of the food tasted like frozen food. The salsa tasted like miranda sauce. Honestly Taco bell is 20x better. I never give bad reviews but this place was expensive and honestly, I wouldn't come back here even if I got offered free food! I would enjoy plain white rice more than the meals I had here!
1st time here. Service was good but food was not. I got the SPECIAL OF THE DAY- $11.99 2CHK TACO w/rice&beans. House Mango margaritas $3.99I LOOOOOVE CHIPS/SALSA. It's my thing. The salsa here reminds me of cold marinara. Specifically asked if chicken WAS WHITE or DARK. Was told it to be White meat. Didn't eat anything but the rice. Probably won't be back. Oh and the drink tasted like Mango puree. Server Nicole was nice and so was the guy at the door.
Good food. Service was just a little slow but not horrible.
The food is mediocre and the “management/owner” of this establishment is extremely rude! They constantly get the orders wrong with missing items. The manager who says he owns this establishment could care less about correcting errors. I will NEVER patronize this place again after giving them ample times to care about food quality and customer service. I should have stopped when the service declined in 2019.
