Multiple posters on every window advertising the "country fried krystal.""We no longer carry that."Corn pups and corn pup combos all over the menu."Those have been discontinued."In that case, clean your menu up or close your doors. One quick way to lose customers is to not carry the items you're FALSELY advertising.
I bought breakfast at this Krystal in Fayetteville this morning and received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and great food! I told them that their customer service was so excellent that it makes me want to come back and received the response, “My pleasure! That’s my job… I want to make you want to come back.” WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Great service! Great food! Thanks Krystal.
This fast food restaurant gave me a large fry I purchased and the fries were cold and most likely old. Then when I said something and asked for new fries they preceeded to throw my old fries in the fryer so as I watched barely 1 min had passed they then tried to hand me the same old fries back.
I used to come here often; usually get decent service and my orders were right, BUT here lately every single time I come here they're closed! Today being no exception! Hours are supposed to be 7am to 6pm (now) and yet ALWAYS CLOSED! I came at 2pm and shut up tightly with all the lights off and no one there except the other 4 cars in the drive thru waiting and hoping to get some Krystal's but unfortunately everyone left disappointed and without their food! What is going on with this location!
Posting this for my Dad since he is not on the internet but he went through the Krystals drive thru to order some chili cheese fries after being in the hospital. The person on the drive thru speaker told him he would have to wait for 20 minutes because all the workers decided to go on break all at the same time. He went to waffle house instead.
It is the worst managed restaurant in Fayetteville. . No one know when it will be open or closed. Employees act like they are doing you a favor by taking you order. No inside dinning and mark restrictions are now off. This place just needs to close up shop.
Come to this location every so often and for the most part I'm getting great food service but today I came to this location around 3:05 and before my order was taken I was told to wait for 5 minutes. I came back 5-10 minutes later and wanted to order bacon and they told me they don't have sides of bacon only bacon for the krystals. Didn't make sense since you have to make bacon to put on some of your sandwiches I left with no money spent
This place is just a hot mess right now. I'll change my review if they get their act together, but right now no one should go here. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Twice during lunch I was told they weren't taking orders until the afternoon. Alright. I come at 5PM, they say it's going to be a 30min wait because apparently nothing was cooked and ready yeah, I think I'll pass on this place for the next several weeks.
The website says your open 24 hours, I drove over 10 miles in the middle of the night to find the building pitch black! Please update your social media accounts!
I asked for my food to be cooked fresh and hot and add extra onions, they said that they would, food was cold and my special order was not done as I asked, I will not be going there for a while
