Worst breakfast EVER!! All the food was lukewarm, at best—outright COLD at worst. The chicken-fried steak was fatty, w/ gravy actually cold to the touch. Pancakes were so cold that the butter wouldn’t even melt in-between them. Syrup was cold to the touch. Coffee was lukewarm, too. Only the orange juice was as it should be. I might as well have thrown away $20, and skipped breakfast.
Lousy customer service. They have a sign saying wait to be seated but they will literally leave you standing there for 20 minutes and they don’t have the decency to acknowledge you at all. Can’t tell you how the food is be if it takes 30 minutes to be seated in an EMPTY restaurant it must take at least 2 hours to get food. They’ve don’t it again ?
Service was subpar. The server was very nonchalant about serving us. Food came after some other people that arrived after us. But what took the cake was when my husband was drinking his chocolate milkshake and saw something floating in it when he got to the bottom of the milkshake. I looked and pulled the object out of the cup, it appeared to be a big piece of plastic!! We told the server, who insisted that they do not have anything plastic that could get into the milkshake. Management came over and took the plastic for further investigation. Needless to say, we were disgusted and will not return to this location…
Reserved their back room for a family gathering of 12. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Carlena was absolutely amazing and took care of us for about 3 hours. She was so attentive and pleasant. Could not have been more pleased!
Need more workers or at least up the pay for those that are actually working. Good kids and risking a lot to work during times like this. Food could be better of course but can’t blame the workers
Waited 45 minutes for a table. I placed my order stated no potatoes. Came out with potatoes I reminded the server no potatoes. She said what are you allergic to them. I asked for water with lemon no ice. Got water with ice no lemon. I asked about the lemon states that they didn't have any more but I see other people getting lemons. Asked for wheat pancakes got pancakes with nuts sent them back for regular pancakes and that came out with hair on it. I'm done. Worst service I ever received from Fayetteville IHOP
Food and service was good. Despite the abandoned look....
..the dining area is excellent..however, it's if no benefit when the food is below par. And here, for me, it was. Cold, mushy and skimpy. Disappointing to say the least since I the location is far from my general neighborhood.

Extremely bad experience. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch which has a choice of salad, the waitress told me the salad looks bad, first bad sign.She then tells me they are out of ranch, so I said, so is there no ranch for the chicken? She got confused. Another waitress passed and she confirmed they do have the very easily made substance.A full hour and a half later, we asked where our food was. The waitress then went to check, and returned saying the kitchen staff didn't put our order in right, about ten minutes later, the kitchen staff revealed this was untrue, they made our food long ago, and it's been sitting long enough the omlets were so cold they couldn't be eaten.At this point, I'm convinced only the waitress is bad, maybe she's just new. We asked for a manager. The manager came, didn't apologize, didn't acknowledge what happened.We gave up on getting a resolution, and just started eating, when the 4 year old asked for a second apple juice, she'd been slowly drinking hers behaved this entire time and the manager had the gall to tell us we'd have to pay extra for an apple juice.
