Maybe I caught this on a bad day because I heard the phone ringing off the hook for togo orders. We dined in. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The food tasted below average. Specifically, the wontons in the wonton soup tasted sour. The wonton chips they bring out in the beginning tasted stale and had a funny taste. The egg roll was terrible. She burnt it and the inside tasted so horrible I spit it out. The meal itself was not great. I will not be going back. One and done for me. The sweet n low for the tea was hard. You could tell it was old.
My Son and Daughter took me here for Father's Day and I really enjoyed it, from the food to the ambiance to the customer service. I will definitely be coming back
First time here since the dining room reopened. Had a slight miscommunication, wherein the individual who took our order did not write it down and appears to not have heard our requests for how we wanted our food prepared, however we found a satisfactory medium to resolve the issue.
I went there with my family last month. The service was terrible. They pulled out the food from a fridge that was inside a big pot. They just microwaved the food. Please do not go here. The food is worse than fast food quality.
John from your local play it again. Frequently eat lunch when I'm working and they have great food and service. Lovely family run business. Extremely nice and friendly. I've tried the sesame, chicken and cashew and the bourbon chicken and continue to thoroughly enjoy every bite. I will continue take lunch breaks here.
First of all the service, Ms. Sharon was AMAZING! And then there is the food, again AMAZING! I dont usually do reviews but had to share this experience. My husband and I had lunch and we were so impressed with everything especially with our server Ms. Sharon, she was very sweet and her service was perfection! The food, the food! We shared the titanic sushi roll and it was the Bomb! My husband had the red curry shrimp bowl and I had the big bowl seafood soup, Da BOMB and plentiful!! Again what made it exceptional was Ms. Sharon, thank you and we will be back, again and again!
They are EXTREMELY slow and apparently don't know how to tell time. I have been waiting over 15 minutes. The worker fixed his mouth to say it's only been three minutes when I asked him about my order. Also he never apologized for the long wait. I didn't receive my order until about 30 minutes later. This isn't good customer service at all.
Great food, excellent service,& very family oriented. I'm a long time customer and will continue to be. I think it's very admirable the way the owners teens take such pride in helping out while learning good work ethics. An invaluable trait this day and age.
I order some sushi from here and it took them a whole hour to make my food and it wasn’t that good… it has the worst service they have children taking your order and they don’t know what the hell they doing. No dine in or anything so why it took so long I don’t why…
This is the best Chinese place in Fayetteville! I had some sushi and a Triple Teriyaki and it was delicious. The sushi was nice and savory and the teriyaki was sweet. They even do delivery. You just have to try!
