This was my first time at Frida's & I will definitely be back! Upon arrival, I was served fresh salsa & chips which were quite tasty! I ordered the apple crown frozen margarita & could taste every drop of apple crown they did not hold back on the alcohol! I also ordered the texas fajitas for my meal and it was piping hot when served. The shrimp were plump & juicy, the steak was tender to the bite & the chicken was juicy, all were plentiful in portion. The guacamole, pico , rice & beans & tortillas were fresh to the taste. Eddie was my server & he was very welcoming & attentive! The ambiance inside was very colorful and appealing. They weren't busy during my visit but I'm glad I got the chance to experience it during the less busy crowd hours. The price point of the food was pretty typical in comparison to other Mexican restaurants. They do have lunch & happy hours specials that I'm going to come back for. Overall it was one of the best Mexican restaurants that I have been to.
It was my cousin college graduation???after party at her place. And they ordered food/(catering services)from this location. I’m now eating the next day and omg! Yummy, I have never tasted salmon cooked this good & tasty before! Wow! I’m finally a salmon fan!Thank you so much for adding great food to the moment!You have a new customer from Lovejoy,GA area! The food was very good especially waiting for an hour and a half to get it. Our waiter didn’t speak English well. He couldn’t get the order correctly. Finally when it was ready for the check he couldn’t get the checks split up correctly. He needed help. I suggest that there needs to be more training. I gave three stars ⭐️ because the food was good but the floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled horrendous. This was definitely the first and last time.
It was really nice when I was there (4/19 7pm). I love that they offer specials each day and have a great late 90s-2010s vibe. I will definitely return during happy hour. The house margarita isn't where it is tho. I had a house margarita on the rocks and it was very watery. I get its $3.50 but you you're going to have a special DONT water-down the product. I'm going to go and try another drink bc they are a lot cheaper with a great vibe.
Great customer service. The food was freshly prepared and served in good time. There was a very talented singer. It was a lively atmosphere.
The food is good af! I’ve been a few times and either get the shrimp nachos or shrimp quesadilla and it is always juicy and flavorful. The drinks are strong and The female waitress with the pretty nails is always so sweet. My mother in law mentioned paying for our meal For my bday and then out of nowhere the whole staff comes and sings happy bday to me with a free dessert. It was unexpected but cute and appreciated. :-)
They had a awesome Jazz band on Thursday. We really enjoyed it. The food is good and the drinks is good. My family and I love this place.
Food was not what I expected price is high for what you get I can eat Mexican every nite so this not authentic to me
Last night was my second time visiting Frida’s restaurant. The first visit went great. My steak & shrimp fajitas were great & the service was good. Last night however was a completely different story. It took what felt like forever before our waitress came over. She was very nice, but slow and didn’t seem to listen to me. I ordered the Monday night special which was $8.99 all day lunch chicken fajitas (advertised on a large colorful sign as you walk in the front door). When I got the bill I was charged over $18 for the dinner chicken fajitas. When I brought it up to the waitress she went and I guess spoke to the manager & came back over and showed me the updated bill. He had taken 11% off of the price of the fajitas which came out to a discount of a little over $2. Tell me how that makes sense when the price should have been almost $10 less. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again. It’s bad business to advertise a special and then refuse to honor it.
This was my first time visiting Frida's the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I asked for a custom meal and they did not disappoint ???. I will be back.
