Needed something fast. It was indeed a steakburger quality. For $10 I received a single steak burger and shoestring fries and immediately after eating I was still very hungry. I think shoestring fries are a preference but not the best fries choice personally but I understand. Fry’s needed more seasoning or flavor. Burger only had a dash of mustard and no ketchup packets are in the bag. They move away from the window so fast that you hold the line up trying to ask for a ketchup. I think my review is low more so for the value I felt I experienced for my money. If I return to eat here I’d have to spend $20+ to feel full. There was an off back taste after eating fries then drinking lemonade. Probably the oil
It was good but customer service is lacking. The cashier couldn't quit playing with cherries long enough to take our order. Then it took a half hour to get our food. The food itself was good. I feel like they were better when they first opened. Now it's almost like they don't care. I do keto so when I eat there I'm usually having a cheat meal. If I'm going to eat something bad for me I really need it to be worth it. It wasn't horrible but it could have been better.
I've came to this restaurant three times. The first time I came here was great, no problems, great food. Second time I came, still great food, good service, but when I realized they got the wrong milkshake size for me I had to ask them to change it and when I got home I realized instead of chili cheese fries I asked for they just gave me chili. Third time I came was also good. The second time I came is why it's a four-star review. It's be 4½ if I could.
This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I came in (6/12/22) with an infant and toddler, ordered my food, and waited for an hour. I saved my receipt to contact corporate. The time was 8:10 and I received my food at 9:04. This was ridiculous, and if I hadn’t already paid, I would have left. After waiting for 30 minutes with hungry young children, I ordered a sundae just so they would have something to eat. It came within 10 minutes, my kids devoured it, and still waited another 20 for their food. On top of that they were out of lemonade, and fruit punch. And since the water was connected to the lemonade dispenser, they were out of that too. My kids are 1 and 3, and they cannot drink soda, but there was no other options. It would have been nice if they told me that when I ordered the kids meal. When the food finally came out, the burgers were burnt and missing toppings. An hour wait and my food wasn’t even good. The fries were ok, but they didn’t save the meal. The manager offered chocolate milk to my kids when I complained about the drink situation and the employees were nice, but this experience was so disappointing. My first and last time trying Freddy’s. I will NEVER return.
When I tell you I’m disappointed! Last night (5.14.2022 @ approx. 10:30 pm) I came here and ordered several meals. While waiting for my food I observed the cashier (long red braids pass knee length) go into the bathroom with the gloves on and came out with the same gloves, walked into the service area touching everything, itching and fixing her hair!!??????Talk about cross contamination 101!!! They should NOT be allowed to wear their hair that long if they are unable to put a net on it and why is she using the SAME gloves on her hair and food products.I was so disgusted! That will DEFINITELY be my last time going here and I certainly would NOT recommend eating from here.
Oh my goodness!! I hadn't ever had frozen custard ? in my life before and was real skeptical about ordering it.When I pulled up to the drive up windw I wanted to backup because I thought it was a bit pricey, but I couldn't because there were ppl behind me.I reluctantly) ordered a small custard (I don't remember the name of it) with pecans (the young lady at the window was incredibly professional, friendly and pleasant). She explained the types of custard I could order. I ordered a small blended ( price was moe than I was quoted ? ?) and from the first spoonful I KNEW I HAD NOT MADE A MISTAKE BY STOPPING) I felt like I was in heaven!! IT ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT I HAD!!My only ♥️ regret is/was I didn't order a large.I couldn't eat it all in one sitting.I put the cup in a gallon Ziploc (only kind I buy) freezer bag and put it in freezer) for several days.Much to my surprise, it was as good as it was the first time that I had the pleasure of eating it.I wish I could rate it 25 stars ? ?. The little addition to the price was WELL WORTH IT for AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS ?!I would've been back every day, but I am in a cleansing mode. Yet as soon as I can I will go back to order a large, and will have no concern for how much more expensive the large is, for I KNOW IT IS WORTH IT'S PRICE!! IT IS DELICIOUS AND I AM TELLING EVERY ONE I KNOW. It is worth the price.
The service was really good. This was my first experience with Freddy's and the food is okay. I enjoyed the classic/vintage ambience when I went inside. I thought long and hard on this and decided to up my rating from 4 to 5 stars. There are a lot of options on the menu and will try more things in the future. I had a Double steak burger with cheese and fries this time around. I changed my rating because after further thought I loved seeing the care that the associates at Freddy's put into their work.
Came to dine in on a Tuesday afternoon and tried the california style double burger which was so good wow. We also tried the onion rings and their fry sauce is pretty darn good. The wait wasn’t terrible at all and everyone working there was very kind. $31.81 ish for 2 california style burger meals w/ bacon and order of cheese fries + 5 chicken tenders which wasn’t a terrible price given the great customer service, but still was a little shocking. Inflation is wonderful lol. It was also very clean inside and had an old school diner feel to it in a way. I love that they have little packets of “fry and steak burger seasoning” you can shake on to your fries for a lil added oomph.We will come here again.
Great customer service! Jamie was the best, very patient with a first time guest. I highly recommend this place for a fresh to order meal!
Same thing as my last review. Staff is very pleasant - but our orders are wrong EVERY time. The receipt shows the correct order, but the items are incorrect. Maybe one day!
