This location has the worst customer service I've experienced in many years! The ower stated that "she's in this to make money NOT for customers as they lie all the time". The GM hung up and this was a 90 dollar order from a weekly repeat customer. That sad part is we will never return over a 7 dollar sandwich that turned into a dissertation from the owner on how she holds no value for her customer
This was literally the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Management's response to a missing order was "I'm in this for money", "customers always have something to say and I've done this for 40 years". All this in reference to a 90 dollar order that was missing a medium 7 dollar sub. No apologies for Jay or the female owner AND the GM hung up on me because per the female owner "we don't go back and forth". Sad part is her weekly repeat customer will never return
Great food, just wish they would use their express pick up rack for mobile orders. They are the only location I've been to that doesn't use it. Past two times I've ordered online for pick up and still have to wait atleast 10 mins in line to pick up my food that's already prepared.
The staff were pleasant, my sub was good and part of the proceeds go to the firefighters. I have other places I go to that also have good subs Publix and Larry's Giant Subs ?
Smelly and dirty. Needed sweeping and mopped. Employees where nice though. Food was ok I've had better at different locations

I don’t normally purchased food here due to that location. Thanks, to the T-Mobile Tuesday app. The worst experience was listening to their phone ringing back to back and the owner or manager just allowing it to ring unanswered and it wasn’t busy at all. A customer even came and and informed manager that she tried to call in to place an order. His response, “that they don’t answer the phone” mind you the phone was still ringing off the hook before the customer came to the counter. This is probably why his business is very slow. No concepts of building revenue that will handle the labor cost.
Had a horrible experience every single time I came here. The workers are mean nasty and rude this location gives the business a horrible reputation. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. They always close early they don’t care about the customers. Run to the next Firehouse idc how far it is!!! Save you money people.
The food, service, and experience here was great. I enjoyed the engineer so much I forgot to take a picture of it.
