This is the worst dunkin I have been to. Every time I go through drive thru I hear the employees laughing and having whole conversations while their headsets are on, I always have to repeat myself, then I when I pull to the window they don’t say anything they just take the payment then give me the order and go back to playing and laughing with employees. I can tell they never change their gloves . They handed me a cup of water with coffee and crumbs on it and my order of bagels and croissants with avocado or some green stuff all over the bag . I just this is the only dunkin around here they have the worst customer service.

I'm not sure how Dunkin manages to stay open as a chain. Every single Dunkin that I've been to, is an absolute waste of money. I've tried several to be sure it wasn't just one bad apple. The coffee is watered down very bad and Overpriced. The doughnuts are ALWAYS cold and refuse to heat them up for a couple seconds. McDonald's, Burger King, Circle K, etc. All put Dunkin to shame with coffee. People will stop paying for the name eventually.

The location is decent but I’m not sure if it’s worth studying or completing work at. The employee that was sitting in the lobby area came and started playing a tv show or something very loudly. It defeats the purpose of wanting to be somewhere to study at. No one corrected him or even told him to turn it down. And it seem like he even caught an attitude and turned it up when a customer glanced at him! He kept it playing while taking orders and everything!! Like what???? Is this what customer service has come too?That’s not how you keep people inside the store. People are more willing to buy things when they are comfortable and have somewhere quiet to work. Definitely not considerate. Also, I sat here for at least 3 hours and the lobby never got cleaned, swept, or even walked around. Human connection please?

Horrible I usually come up there and have a great experience. Today I was talked to disrespectfully by an employee. She got mad and not only snatched the money out my hand but rudely said a smart remark. My order was messed up. I look in the window to see what’s taking so long and I see the employees laughing and playing around while the line is getting wrapped around the building. Worst experience ever I will not be returning. Spoke to manger and doesn’t seem to take my request serious.

Wonderful experience this morning! Young gentleman at the window had a huge smile, and was very polite. Order was hot and well made. Love this location.

Great staff but check your order every time before leaving. I've had missing items on 3 different occasions but decided not to go back do to the distance and time it would've took me.

I had to ask the cashier to change her gloves since I saw her grab the Munich donut with her gloved hands then ring up the order. Then she wanted to wait on me. Remember if want to buy from a restaurant you should go in to make sure you're not getting covid from dirty money, cash registers, and just plan old uncleanness.

I ordered a chai latte, a coffee, 1 donut, and a maple bacon item. 25 minutes later I still didn't have my items. I had to ask for my money back

The folks here are skilled..the coffee is always prefect.
