For the past two weeks we’ve tried coming on Sunday at any time of day to find the store closed. For the past months we’ve had the same issue throughout the week, the exception being on Tuesday. It’s frustrating cause sometimes you really want a del taco but have to settle with Taco Bell :(
I'm not spending 20 minutes in the drive thru before I get my food anywhere.. ridiculous honestly y'all need a order online option or some sorta alternative.. Gots to do better Del Taco
I ordered 4 shrimp tacos. The tacos looked like the person making them did not want to be at work that day. There was 3 shrimp, lettuce, salsa, and what looked like mayo. The taco wan put together well. Appearance was ZERO. If I had not been crunched for time, I would have taken them back.
The food there is good enough, the drinks are good, and some of the employees are pretty alright. I had a friend who worked there and she told me all the bad ends of being an employee there which most of it was because of the other employees and the manager harassing her, being provocative trying to get her to mess up at work and the manager not being much helping actually being slightly a problem himself. One day I saw the manager for myself and his attitude/vibe he gives off as if he's trying to start drama or wants to escalate some. I see why he was a problem too. Since I didn't work there myself then I won't go below 3 stars as a customer but hearing what my friend being an employee had to go through. I would have given it 1½-2 stars max.
Taco Tuesday!Really busy...it was my fault for not checking my order while I was there in line, but my order was incorrect. When we got home, was missing a few tacos and a fry. When I went back to the store, the gentleman was very apologetic and made the tacos. He had a great attitude and customer service.
They close early. They’re supposed to be open until 10 PM… But they’re not. Go across the street to Taco Bell which has friendly employees and is actually open during the posted hours. When they are open, the food is marginal at best.
Wow these reviews are so mixed - every person has a different set of taste buds? I think that the food from del Taco isn't actually food. It looks like food but has no taste. Like, water... Like, a coffee filter... Like a wet paper towel... A diaper that has soaked in a sink of water... Maybe my taste buds are broken; there are several 5 star glowing reviews but I don't understand how.... #confusedtastebuds
Food is pretty-much same as most Del Taco restaurants, but the service here needs help. The woman were very irritated, and rude. They skimped my group on some tacos and a burrito, and refused to give us the items until we pulled out everything in the bags and boxes to prove ourselves, shame on ya'll, don't you know "the Customer is always right!," especially when you are so wrong!
I just wasted my tips here ?. I ordered the vegan tacos and they put cheese on it. I asked to have it remade and they pulled over the manager who remade it. not too much of a hassle. however, they were just rude about it. It's only a 10 minute drive home and the food was just cold and stale by the time I ate it. The vegan burrito was just a soggy thing of beans and no guacamole, and only a teaspoon of rice. I checked the bag and they forgot my fries so I went back in line and got attitude, which I don't get cuz tbh I'm not rude at all. I work in food myself so I'd never be rude. But this place was just not it :/ the cashier, however was real nice. She was really sweet. I'd say you're better off at Taco Bell down the street or chipotle if you're looking for texmex.
Del Taco is the Bomb, first ate at the Woodstock location on highway 92, the food is good ingredients are fresh and employees are very friendly.
