I really was disappointed My grandson was crying so much because this lady had a dog there He was scared this was not a service dog I understand the Blind folk and some other need the dog with them this lady at the Upper Riverdale Rd I asked for my money back I drove to Fayetteville for My grandkids can enjoy and be A kids Y'all need to enforce the State of Ga proof or something All kids doesn't like dogs me neither
The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most sanitary places that I've been to. This one by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE EVER ?. Super clean. Customer service is excellent. Sean Sanchez (District Technical Manger FF) was very personable and professional. He deserves the upmost praise. He was willing to take the time to explain how the games worked. If you're looking for a fun place for kids. You can't go wrong!!!!
Today was my daughter's 3rd birthday and although we did not book a party directly through Chuck e cheese due to it being a last minute decision I must say the staff was excellent. The establishment was very clean and every single staff member was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my family had a good time.

Just meh. Not too many choices of games, not enough birthday space. Chuck E. Was friendly. The salad bar isn't good enough for the price they charge with the cheapest tasting dressings. Shop around.
It was my son's first time at Chuck E. Cheese. He had such a great and memorable experience. The staffs was friendly even though they seem a little short handed. Looking forward to taking my son in the near future.
The staff was super welcoming and polite, really inviting for my 5 year old who is always timid in new places. Chuck E was soo interactive with the kids and gave a great show! Only down side was that a few games were broken and deducted from our game card anyway but that is in most locations. Overall, she enjoyed her experience!
I was disappointed because of missing the time spot for the birthday party for my son and nephew but the manager on duty handled it well. We were not able to have the party but with her being so nice we still stayed and the kids still of course had a good time. Hate that I didn't get her name but thanks to her customer service that still made it a good experience.
My kids attended a birthday party there last weekend 02/05/22 and EVERYONE who ate pizza or salad got food poisoning. By Sunday night my oldest was sicker then ever. Both my babies missed Monday and Tuesday from school and my youngest is still having stomach pains 5 days later. I would NOT recommend any parent bring their kids there. ?
amazing service, i asked the hot rat guy to put his giant rodent balls in my coke cup and he did it ?? i am so satisifed with the service this place offers. He even put his sweet yogourt all over my crunchy hawaiian pizza!!! love this place. Love the rat.
