Their sign says closes at 10pm daily. It's Friday night and we went in at 845pm the bar was a mess the employees were loud talking about another employee with pink hair from the dining room to the kitchen. There were no chips, no cilantro rice, the pans on the steam table looked like they had been there since shift change. The pans were empty and they were scraping the sides of the pan to make orders. We sat down to eat and the employee came out and put up chairs on the tables all around us. There were still people coming in placing orders and they kept saying loudly is someone going to turn the lights out. We will not be back for less than average food or service. I'm not sure what is happening to the restaurants in Fayetteville but y'all need to get a grip.

Ordered 2 burritos online. Got to the store 45 minutes later and they hadn't made the food and the store was empty. They told us they could only make bowls, no burritos. Got the bowls and they were missing ingredients and mine only had 5 strips of lettuce on it. The food was also ice cold. Definitely not the quality that I'm used to from Chipotle.

I have been apprehensive about going to Chipotle lately because the Customer is typically mediocre and they are always out of ingredients( and that's any location) . Today Ataria (I'm sure I am spelling her name incorrectly) provided me with good customer service. Gave suggestions and was patient with my order...even the gentleman at the register was polite. Thank you guys for making my visit pleasant!

Sometimes they get the order write but usually they mess up someway. And even when they do get the order right the rice is usually not cooked properly. It’s been hard and undercooked multiple times I’ve ordered. Also the guacamole isn’t always Fresh so they give you brown guacamole. Sometimes this place is good but typically they mess up and give you a disgusting meal. If you go here you have a good chance of getting a messed up or improperly cooked order.

Not the most professional at the drive thru. The location currently has an 87B. I placed an order for pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 8:10pm. I pulled into the driveway at exactly that time because it was only down the street from me. I waited a minute at the window and a woman asked what the name was on the order. I told her and then she closed the window... No update on my order or anything. While I waited I noticed a couple things... Personal drinks were out near where they prepared food and on girl (black girl that had cute hair puffs) dropped a bag on the floor and proceeded to use it to put an order in ?. There was a lot of chit chat amongst them. I waited in the driveway until 8:21 for my order. A different girl came to the window and asked for the name. The woman that originally asked for my name said it wasn't ready yet. The second girl said no it's right here and proceeded to hand me my order..... Poor communication among the staff and a bit too lax.

Food tasted good and the temp was good. Order wasn’t ready when the app said it would be though. Employee at the counter checked on me as I waited and made sure the order was provided as soon as it was done. For some reason I couldn’t order quesadillas which sucks because that’s what I always get.

Service was extremely slow it was only one person in front of me and by the time they got to me a long line piled up. The food was lukewarm at best especially the chicken. I have no idea what they are using here but they never have fresh limes. So I other you have to bring your own lime or put whatever substitute they are using . It’s just really weird that don’t have it and the staff didn’t even know what I was talking about. I would just recommend another location or have something else. It’s never a good time here. Not through walking in, online ordering no or even having it delivered which is SAD for such a new location.

The person on the line was great. The store needed attention and the cashier was rude not smiling and looked really miserable.

Drove over to this location on a Saturday evening and arrived at 7:00pm. Walk inside the store and up to the line and there is no food out and staff are cleaning up. Was told they were closed and someone forgot to lock the door. The hours on the door say they close at 10:00 and the app was still slowing me to order online. I think the young folks working just wanted to go home early. There was clearly electricity and at least 8 people working in the store so why were they closing 3 hours early with no sign on the door?

~ I changed my review on this place.It’s decent now. The food is still pretty lukewarm, but the team is somewhat better.Very good customer service from the Fayetteville team now. My only complaints are the online ordering platform. Sometimes they will error your order yet still charge you. You could order like 10 times not knowing that you are buying 10 orders.This leads to a massive waste of food (there’s not even many homeless around this area as well)Other than that, and the occasional mess up, I think it’s a decent location. (Chipotle as a corporation on the other hand!)
