Walked in for my mobile order. No one greeted me. After several minutes I let one girl know I had a mobile order. I was told they were bagging it. It still took more than 3 minutes. They no longer have the best customer service. Asked another lady for the status. She said they were waiting on my sandwich and ir would be about another 4 minutes. I'm pretty much done with this place.

The late founder of this fast food establishment Mr. Truitt Kathy would be proud to know that this institution he founded is still thriving and maintaining the delicious foods he served years ago! Chic Fila A still thriving, still delicious, and still providing professional and courteous service!

I was a fan of Chick-fil-A, the service it's not a pleasure anymore. The food is mediocre fries cold taste like cardboard mac n chez was ok .And the sandwich is barely fit to eat lemonade bitter and tangy. Everyone say Chick-fil-A big is on customer service and good food not anymore; their reputation has gone down tremendously.

I walked in for to go order and thought it would of been faster than drive thru. After I ordered, sat there and watched the drive thru zoom by, people that were behind me receive their food, so when I was given my bag I took it home for my mother and half her order was not in the bag. I called restaurant, talked JT the manager, and explained to me it was no excuse and that even had another manager bagging and that they would put coupons in the mail for us and it’s been a week and half with no coupons. So they did nothing of taking my money for food I didn’t receive, will not be going back!!!

Food was great. Employees were awesome. I don't know why I go out to eat anywhere else.

There is great service. Great people, and the rarely mess up my order. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

So disappointed for the first time in 20 years in Chick fil a. This is on South Glynn St in Fayetteville Ga said they do not offer the pup cups. The servers sd all the words, but had none of the enthusiasm and practically threw our bag at us. Is this the beginning of the downfall for the last restaurant that consistently exhibits manners? I had the corporate etiquette team as a client when I was a regional manager, I know they would be furious.

This location gives good service and very friendly. The food is always good and while the lines are long they do a good job with moving customers through the lines quickly and efficiently using all staff members.

Sitting here waiting after they messed up my order and made me pay for it to be fixed usually chick-fil-a has the best customer service this blew my mind

Process super fast they'll bring your order to you if it's simple while ppl are taking orders and giving them out outside side there can be 4 ppl in front of you but you'll be next because they'll have their orders already
