we had an amazing experience today! the environment was so relaxing and fun. food was wonderful. we planned our day trip to Atlanta aquarium to come here too. well worth it. our waitress Brittany had stellar customer service. wish we could come weekly...but a 3 hour drive would be a lot.
Not the Chick-Fil-A I’m use to!! Great experience. Love the chicken pineapple tacos.
First time visit and service was horrible for dine in with 4 guests. Menu was creative but food was cold, very salty and way to sweet. Love Chick-fil-A but this place needs some serious help
This was definitely a cool spin on your everyday normal chickfila. The atmosphere is great. There are instruments that kids (or adults) can play on while waiting to be seated. There is plenty of food selection outside of the ordinary.
The experience here is unique but the staff here was NOT like the normal Chick Fil A’s. One older woman on the restaurant side was not friendly at all. My aunt and I sat on that side as the opposite side was NOT clean at all and super uncomfortable seats (which she can’t sit on). A lady told us we were okay to sit there but the older woman followed her and said no, you must move. I could see if they were busy and needed seats but there wasn’t any rush! Definitely could have been nice like the first woman was, who was allowing us to stay in that spot.We waited over half an hour for our order as well. There were people who came after us and they had their order.Food was fine but service was not the service I’ve expected from CFA. This place is definitely my least favorite. I came here to try for the first time as it’s a unique location but customer service is terrible. Just for that I don’t recommend here. I’m typically understanding and always have good experiences with CFA but this one was so unpleasant that I decided to sit in the car after being asked to leave the restaurant side and write this. Absolutely unhappy.I’m glad I live by the new Hapeville Dwarf House. They know how to treat you there!
After hearing all the hoopla about this place We decided to give it a try. Before walking in there was a strong smell of burnt grease outside. Walking in I was not impressed. The entrance was filthy, looks like it hadn’t been swept all day. The seating area to the left was also filthy. We had the pineapple macadamia nut milkshake and a frosted Hawaiian. Not impressed.
Service was friendly, but they are short-staffed. About 1/2 of the restaurant is blocked off. The pork sandwich had a lot more cole slaw than pork. I would not try this again until they hire more servers.
First off this was the funnest experience I've ever had in a Chick-fil-A if I could shake Truitt's hand I would what a great idea to take and make a Hawaiian theme restaurant on the backbone of Chick-fil-A. Food was immaculate if you're going get the fried calamari it's more than worth it, also pork Lua tacos second favorite staff as friendly as always. Anything you need the staff is more than willing to go out of their way and help you with the very friendly spoke with the manager for the day was super informative on the history of truett's luau and he spoke of truitt as if he was a dear friend thank you again for this experience.
Employees were not friendly. After I waited 20 min for a milkshake I went up and asked about it. She went and got it but never apologized nor thanked me for my purchase. The entire staff was too busy cutting up to pay attention to the 2 sets of customers in the lobby.
Love the menu. Love the Lua themed decor. Dine-in if you can and eat on the balcony. Great food and very fast.
