do not order online from thid place spoke with the manager to place an order online. once we place the oders and paid for them she calls us back and say that their grill is broken, we ask for a refund she stated she dont know how to do them cause it was made online, we then ask for a store credit, she stated that she could not do one as well. please do not pay for your orders online you will not get uour money back
I ordered a 4-piece regular fish plate and I received 2-pieces of regular fish and 2-pieces of like catfish or other fried fish. A completely different breading and fish. It was lunch but NO reason for the blatant inconsistency in the product.I highly recommend LJS down the road.

I used to get sick after eating Captain D's, because of the grease in the food. Now I absolutely love and enjoy Captain D's!!! It's Always good, hot, freshly prepared with gratitude to me. The drive thru attendances are always on point!!!
The service was good. The drive-through was missing a panel, so we had to look up the full menu online. We couldn't go inside to order; we had to use the drive-through.
Spent nearly TWO HOURS in drive through line Sunday evening to pick up an order I placed online. They need to provide porta-johns if they're going to keep you there that long. Just simply unacceptable. Employee refused to hand me the order at the front door. By the time I did get our food,, it was cold.. Locations this short-staffed need to just go ahead and close. If I could choose negative stars, I would. Beware of this place unless you just have a couple of hours to waste and like eating cold fish.UPDATE TO OWNER:I completed that form Sunday night while I was still sitting in the drive through line.
Fish what's hot and fresh unfortunately we were missing six pieces as well as the french fries and hush puppies.
This place use to have quality food and was delicious. However, after today, I can not and will not spend another dime for subpar food. The fish was undercooked and over battered, while the sweet tea tasted like sewer water.
Had to wait 15 minutes to get my food but it was hot and fresh and delicious!
Arrived at the drive thru at 653pm on Thursday the 16th of December and could not order because they said they were closed. This place appears to be run down and apparently they don't want to stay in business if they are closing at 653pm on a week night.
