Absolutely the worse Burger King ever! Waited at drive through kiosk to order for 10 minutes before I was even able to place an order. Then pulled up to the drive through window paid and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes at window for the lady to tell me to pull over to a parking spot that they are waiting on your chicken sandwich it will be another 5 minutes before it is done. Proceeded to wait another 10 minutes in parking space. Just wait longer for them to bring everything out and still had to go back and get my drink! Learned a lesson today don’t eat at Burger King anymore!
Burger King is the only fast food burger chain that has smoke coming through the roof which indicates they are actually cooking their meat on site. The taste and the quality of the food are still good but like most places the sizes of some items seem to be shrinking.I had the five dollar junior double Whopper meal which was good but the burger was kid's meal size. The Impossible Whopper is excellent and highly recommend even for people who don't believe in meat substitutes. On the day of my visit the menu in the drive thru was not working so it was good that I knew what I wanted.
It was a Saturday night & they were supposed to stay open till midnight. but at 10pm they just stopped taking orders at the drive thru ? didn't even respond to ppl at the speaker when they were trying to get their attention. Mind you from the speaker back their was 6 cars in drive thru!!! 2 in front of me to which I had placed an mobile order threw the app so mine was brought and paid for. I had to just go to the window,3 employees looked me dead in my face & never acknowledged me not once. Then a lady from the back came up & can directly to the window where I explained my situation & she IMMEDIATELY made my order & it was GOOD!?? BUT yall gotta do better, yall knew it was a line of cars in your drive thru you should've had enough courtesy to acknowledge your customers at the speaker of your early closure.....YA'LL KNOW BETTER, DO BETTER!!!!Not to mention Mickey D's right down from you were slammed serving all your drive offs??

This has to be the worse Burger King I’ve ever been to! They are extremely understaffed and the food is always cold and never fresh. When there is no line you are still waiting 20 minutes in drive through because the person taking your order is the same person who cooks the food!
Unbelievably slow every time I've come here. It's rate that I have had a pleasant experience at this location. I come because of the convenience, being that it is a few minutes away from my apartment. I question that staffing decisions as well.
Zero work ethic or respect for their job! This was the worst Burger King experience of our lives!!! We were starting and waited for 20 minutes to get our order. When we finally made it to the window, the employees were working at a snail’s pace. We were expecting, after 20 minutes that our food would be ready in bags. We watched as the employees walked aimlessly about, as if they actually didn’t have a line of cars waiting for orders outside. They kind of just roamed and put random part of orders in different bags. Ours, still not filled. In the time we waited 5 cars left the line. No one came to the window as we watched them, “filling” our order. Finally my husband honked. He asked if the order was being filled, since no one was really doing it. The girl at the window had THE WORST attitude. When he asked why it’s taken 30 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. She said, “you want your money back or what??” Horrible attention! Horrible attitude! The food was cold by the time we got it. This place should be closed down!
I will never eat at this location again. The service is terrible. The lingo they talk with is not understandable. They don't even know how to change their electronic signs with the meal deals and they are not honoring their advertised deals. One employee had on flip flop type shoes and his pants were around his knees. Not a sanitary attire for a food establishment.
If I had to recount my single worst BK experience, it was this last one at this location. We came through around 9 PM on 2/5/22. There were a couple of cars ahead of us. There appeared to be three total people working inside. Before anything else, the young lady at the window was nice and engaging.We ordered (4) bacon double cheeseburgers and (3) fries. Between the two cars ahead of us and our own wait we were in line a good 15-20 minutes which would SEEM to indicate that fresh food was being prepared. Well, we were wrong.I live just under four miles from this location. We got the food and headed home to find that the fries looked like they were cooked well earlier in the evening and didn't even bother to drop them again, warm them up, maybe even throw down a half batch so that we could all have fresh fries. Those went in the trash. The burgers were similarly thrown together and obviously old, cold, and microwaved the bare minimum amount to get them out. There were enough pickles and ketchup on one burger for all of them. It was a very disappointing experience.As a small business owner and operator I can understand the current staffing issues that all places are experiencing. This visit put me off going to this location again, ever. Never mind the being sick all day Sunday aspect....I consider that something had been sitting out too long.I don't mind waiting for fresh food. I waited to cold nasty left overs and paid to get food poisoning from it.No thanks.
You gotta love the smell coming out of every BK location. Great fast service and the food was made well. Kudos to this location for getting it right with good hot food. The dining room was available for dine in but I chose to go through the drive-thru. Best burgers of all of the other quick service restaurants.
