I was in line at 9:45 waiting for my order to be taken. After sitting and waiting for about 2 minutes, I said “Hello”! The young lady came across the intercom and said the owner instructed her to close the business down and stop accepting orders. I told her that it is 9:50 and she responded with, “I know but the manager toldMe to close it down.” I asked for the owners name and she told me Patel I believe. As a loyalCustomer, I’m shocked and bothered.
This is no doubt the worst location I have ever been to. The girl working the window spoke so low through her mask you couldn’t understand her. I placed our order then found out she left my sundae off. I told her and then she began the debate on how it was my fault. I told her never mind, I will just do without. She stood there and said “ok”. That was it!!! All she had to do was say “no problem! I’ll fix it now” how easy would that be???? Oh wait, that takes common sense. Avoid this location!! Terrible customer service!!!!
Extremely overpriced!! My two grandsons 3 and 5 years old wanted one scoop each of vanilla ice cream in a 5 oz. cup (no toppings) and they (owner) charged us $7.96 and didn’t even get a thank you. Never again!! ?

They have a wide variety of ice cream and the regular sizes are usually large. Their ice cream and waffle cones are amazing and my favorite thing to get is a Oreo Blast-in. I'm not sure how often it comes (limited time offer), but if you ever get a chance to try the Coconut Caramel Cookie ice cream I highly recommend it. Also whenever I've gone there the customer service has been great.
I went to this location on yesterday and I spent almost $42. I ordered 4 regular blasts, 1 large strawberry milkshake and 1 blue freeze. Everything is that I ordered was filled less than halfway. When I asked the young lady to fill up my containers she said that she couldn't because she got in trouble for doing so. I'm not understanding that if I pay $7 for a large milkshake why I can't get what I pay for. How is it ever ok to give me a large cup with less than half milkshake inside of it. I wish that I could post the pictures that I took because it is unacceptable and I will not be going to this location anymore.
First time trying to get ice cream from here and was a complete waste of time. The girl at the front was incredibly rude, a group of 4 of us got there a good 10-15 min before closing with 2 people ahead of us getting orders. The girl tells the lady in front of us that she is the last order she'll take but doesn't tell us until after the 5 min we stood in line and says she's not taking any orders anymore. So basically drive 15 min and stood in line for 10 min before telling us that we can't have our orders taken. The open sign was still on and people were in the drive thru. Ridiculous. The front last was rude, no apology, addressing to another customer about not serving us instead of telling us directly so we didn't have to wait around wasting our time. Thanks for nothing and worst customer service, won't be supporting this business.
Delicious as always. Nice selection of flavors and good menu variety. It's a little bit on the pricy side but worth it. The portions are large.
Just as good as it was 15 yrs ago. Get yourself a white turtle in a waffle cone and thank me later.
