Got two orders of pork buns. They were awful. I don’t see any effort to make them good by the staff. Pitifully executed. Fried chicken strips were good but, we’re in the south. Better step it up Bon chon.

Just driving by and saw this place wanted to check it out. Big mistake!! I walk in and the guy behind the counter was so rude. I said I wanted to place an order and I tried calling but got no response. He replies " well someone was on the phone, I can't talk to 2 people I'm busy. Go place your order online if you don't want to wait. I'm in shock at this point because of his tone. So I asked can I place an order? He says no go order online or come back. I gladly left. And won't be back. Customer service is in the toilet here in GA

Bruh, I will never eat fried chicken from any ither establishment but here!!! The crunch, the flavor, lord I couldn’t even get out the parking lot without demolishing the entire 20pc (Soy Garlic/Spicy)! 10/10 RECOMMEND!The kimchi was a tad salty for my liking and I wish the radish had more pickled flavor to balance the sweetness; either way I’m loyal from here on out!

Service and people are SUPER RUDE!! I ordered zucchini and got fries.. I ordered a meal with cole slaw and the slaw wasn't in my bag. I've had the food in Vegas and loved it but if can find other place to get this go some where else.. The food too expensive to waste to not get what you ordered.

I first tried Bonchon in Arlington VA before we moved back to Southside Atlanta. If you love Spicey/Hot Wings. This is the Spot. I have ONLY had the Wings. Perfect. The Taste and the Crunch is marvelous. A must try if you are a Wing Lover. They do not do All Flats though. When ever I am in Fayetteville, I pick some up.

I LOVE BONCHON! It's so good that we have "Bonchon Fridays" at work now. I haven't tried anything on the menu that I don't like. From their potstickers to pork buns to the AMAZING wings, this spot is where it's at. Even their cole slaw is just insanely tasty. Also, don't skip the zucchini fries!

This is good but the one in Thailand is better. The garlic and spicy flavor tastes better in Thailand and they have sticky rice and chicken breast rather than only chicken strips. I give this 4 stars because it's still good but not as good as it could be.

Disappointed is an understatement. I was really glad to have a Korean restaurant in Fayetteville, GA to get my favorite dish; Bibimbap. Previously, I would go to Newnan and get my fix from K-Bop. Unfortunately, they closed a while back. This is, by far, the smallest portion I've ever received as a full-sized dish. A 6" plastic bowl that's filled 2" deep is what I would maybe expect for a discounted, lunch special. But, at $12.95, I expect much more; especially since this was a plain (vegetable only) selection. Bulgogii would be $1.00 more. At the size of the portion, I can't imagine you'd get more than a couple of strips of beef at today's beef prices. The small amount of rice was either very overcooked and/or old. It was extremely dry and a little crunchy. Traditional Bibimbap has a sunny-side egg on the top. This was hard fried with crispy edges. The Bonchon sauce was runny; more like a liquid. To me, it tasted like sweet sriracha sauce. It wasn't bad, but I prefer go gochujang (Korean red pepper paste). Luckily, I keep some in the fridge. If it weren't for the old rice and overcooked egg, I would have been pleased with the overall taste and would have given it a much higher rating. Finally, these people are consumed with Covid hysteria. It's online or phone order for pickup only. They've constructed a barrier inside the door with a small table between the entry door and the plexiglass barrier. I clicked on the link in the email (as instructed) when I arrived and received a 'Your order will be ready soon' message. I waited close to 10 minutes; standing outside in front of the glass, waiting for my order. A gentleman inside (all alone wearing his hysteria mask) saw me. I presumed he would let me know when my order was ready. Nah. Didn't happen. Finally, I opened the door and inquired about my order. It shouldn't surprise you that his service demeanor was not even as good as the poor quality food I received.I really hope something magical overtakes these people and they get their act together (and maybe some Covid hysteria counseling). I sure would like a good Korean restaurant here.Until then, I guess I'll go back to Super H-Mart in Riverdale and get the premade vegetables to make my own Bibimbap.

Dining-in is not available at this time. The food is decent, and the chicken has a good crunch. The staff could improve on its customer service over the phone.

Visited for the first time today. I haven't even tasted the food but the customer service knocks them down to a zero for me. Rude and arrogant from the gate. Really don't care what the food taste like I won't be back. Too late to cancel order. Done !!
