This location never answers the phone so you can call in your order, the wait rooms when you get there is always 30 minutes or more which is crazy.
This place use to be very good now it's not I work in Fayetteville in medical field so when we decide to get here and try to call in order to save time for lunch break you can never get in touch with them phone constantly ring or busy so we go there and walk in their not busy but the young workers sitting around running their mouth about personal issues when I asked if something wrong with phone she says no I didn't hear it ring of course you didn't because you too busy talking I am done .
Mr Kim and Mrs Kim along with the remainder of his staff knows this place has gone to trash. This use to be the best wing spot years ago. The wings are dry and hard and they know this. The owners love pretending they speak no inglés when in reality they speak English more fluent than most of us. Given them chance after chance, will never PATRONIZE this business again
Such a disappointment.. The reviews aren't lying! This wasn't anything like the other good American deli's. I've honestly had them in all areas of Georgia and now this place I won't go back. The service was fine but my meal was definitely off tasting and not prepared like usual
This is the worst American Deli experience that I have ever had! I normally go to American Deli close to where I live. I only went to this one because I was in the area. BIG MISTAKE! The wings were fried sooo hard, we could barely chew it. I asked for wet and the wings were dry. We ordered chicken fried rice and I honestly didn't know what it was when the young lady showed it to me at the counter. The chicken was sitting on top and the rice looked like nothing i've seen before. Everything tasted burnt. I will NEVER go there again!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! While ordering my food, the cashier did not provide me with her undivided attention and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The overall customer service at their particular establishment is utterly atrocious. I ordered 4 meals, all 10 pc wing combos. 2 of them were supposed to be crispy but all 4 of my orders were crispy even though the order receipt clearly stated what I wanted. Also, the Fruit punch was watery. This American Deli is garbage and I don’t recommend ordering from them. Take your business elsewhere.
