Before I say anything, I will give credit where it is earned…A manager named Briana (not sure if spelled right), is very helpful and listens when there is a concern. Now I’m rating a one star because there have been 2 drive-thru instances that I just found unprofessional. (1) They forgot to put a apple juice in the bag with my daughter’s meal. We called it in and they said they put the contact in the book for us to pick it up. So we go to pick it up the next day and they tried to argue that we are not in the book so they won’t give us the apple juice…eventually they did, but I mean seriously?! Back and forth over an apple juice that we called in and they told us they wrote us down for it. (2) There was a mess up with one of the meals on our order, which Briana helped us out with…unfortunately, the assistant manager that messed up the order…blamed my dad who is hard of hearing…and he even told her that. She blamed him and said that she will not give him his meal that Briana put in the book. The assistant manager said she would give it to him for 10% off… my dad said no and walked away. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and no accountability.

I am giving the Zaxby’s off William Few PKWY a 1-star based off customer service. I went through the drive-thru and didn’t realize my order was incomplete until I got home. I called and talked to the manager as soon as I realized I was missing the apple juice for the kids meal and salad dressings for the salad. The manager took down my name and phone number for me to stop by and get the missing apple juice. I stopped by the next day to get it and it took an arm and a leg to get the apple juice. I was upset for them questioning me and not having my name in their book. It was just an apple juice??? And even though I told them I was there for the apple juice, they asked me if I wanted white milk???

Takes forever to get your food at the william few location!!! I use to frequent this location then stopped due to they are always constantly taking way too long especially for no busier than they are at the time. Went by there today because it was close & I fifty have time to go to Columbia rd location which btw Columbia rd is twice as fast and they don't make 15 vehicles pull to the side parking lot so they can continue taking money at the window. At some point you would think that the store manager would learn how to par up for rush or peak hours but it's been MONTHS since I've been to the William Few location & they still don't have a clue or haven't learned how to run the kitchen for speed. Food was great, I don't want to take that away from them. And by all means go by and check the wait time for yourself......I am not exaggerating in this review.

Sloooow, I don't know what happened to this place but EVERYTIME I go I'm pulled around and have to wait. Doesn't matter what time of the day, day of the week, or how many other cars. This time I was the only car and got one meal and they were still waiting on something... Definitely will be driving the extra 5 minutes to Ronald Regan.

Their dipped chicken strips in honey mustard have no equal,a little pricey put worth every penny.

They got me ??‍♀️ forgot to check my bag before leaving after a basketball game. ?

Lunch was awesome I love their salads. I added an extra chicken finger and the sweet tea was off the chain. Received a very warm welcome from Jessica. She came over and talked to me after my order as she saw me taking pictures of the decor. I absolutely recommend you go there for a meal.

Made a mobile order for pick up due to being covid positive. Paid through the app to ensure no contact was made with staff.Pulled through the drive through in hopes of being handed the food, but they made me park and told me I had to come inside. After explaining that I was covid positive and was attempting to not make contact with anyone, just simply trying to feed my kids. They still made me park and go inside if I wanted my order...I would have thought they would be slightly more helpful in attempting to not spread anything.

Server at the drive thru window was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I usually try to bear with people but the blatant disrespect of not replying to anything I said or asked and slamming the window closed while looking at me ask a question is unnecessary. Also my order was wrong but rather risk an angry mob possibly finger poking our food we drove off with what we had. People have bad days... your job is customer service, be angry with the window closed... it wasn't my fault.

Made an online order was shown would be done it ten minutes, I showed up 15 minutes and the order was not done and was told it would be about 20 minutes before it was done. So 35 to 40 minutes to get order excuse used we are training new people guess what you will not need new employees if the service continues to be this bad.
