What’s happened to this Zaxbys?? I know I have gotten good food there in the past! But the last salads I have gotten have seemed to have old chicken, not fresh & warm (like it used to be)…& the FRIES! What in the world??? They are maybe warm (not hot), overcooked often, & have literally NO seasoning on them, like they used to! Zaxbys used to be my favorite French fires, dipped in Zax sauce! But I don’t enjoy Zaxbys fries like you are doing them now! So sad….
I've always loved your chicken fingers and hope that they don't change and I love you coleslaw keep up the good work.... Sometimes it does take an awful long time to get your food though
Revisited this location after the restaurant commented on my last post. They asked for another opportunity to make a good impression. I'm just not having luck with this one. Super disappointed! Not my hair ??♀️
Kickin chicken. Can't even see the other toast. This is disappointing.
I ordered a 5 piece traditional wings. When I got home, these were the most pitiful wings I ever saw in my life. They looked very small and shriveled up. The worst part is that with tax they were almost $8. I will never order wings from there again. They were given to the dog because they tasted old. These were gotten from Zaxbys on Ronald Reagan Dr. in Evans.
The customer service is impeccable at this location but it's quite overpriced for the portion sizes. The quality of the food is great and it's always hot and fresh.
Courteous gracious personnel. The COVID pandemic has not affected personnel numbers. The manager was moving around making sure everyone was satisfied with their service. Will coming back.
I haven't been to Zaxby's in years due to moving to a state where there aren't any. This was a perfect welcome back, the staff was sweet and the food came quick , hot, and delicious. Thank you.
This has got to be the worse Zaxby’s when it comes to wait time. Everytime I come I sit in the drive thru at least 10 minutes then I always have to pull up and wait for my food. I have never gotten my food at the window it’s always a wait. At times I drive by and go to the Zaxby’s in Martinez. Today it was a lot of teenagers working just standing around laughing and joking. I mentioned to the girl at the window how I always have to wait. She apologized. Then told me they were waiting for tenders. Then a young girl in the background yelled “you have to wait”. It’s a cycle for this place. Ridiculous.
