Food and service was really good
Small place in a strip mall delivering big flavor! TOKI is one of those places that you never knew existed, unless someone told you about it or you just happened to turn in on the road it is located. We were having new tires installed at a local tire shop, when we looked behind the shop and saw this TOKi Japanese restaurant. I asked one of the employees at the tire shop if they had ever eaten there and they said yes, it is great, you have to try it, so we did. We have eaten there at least 8 times since then and have never been disappointed. Food is good, tastes fresh and prices are very reasonable for what you get. Staff is always friendly and service is great. This place is. Definitely a must stop to try. You will enjoy it. We stop here everytime we are over on those side of Evans. Really enjoy it.
Excellent service.The meals are generous and tasty.It is my second time going there and its always a full house.There is a reason why locals love this place.If you want a quality meal and great service , this is the place to go in Evans.
Amazing as always. My son took me out for my birthday and we decided on Japanese. It was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and nice. One of the best birthdays ever.
First time here with family members. Ordered the Teriyaki chicken with fried rice. Came with soup and salad. Had the Japanese beer and it was very good. Terrific wait staff here. Clean bathrooms and easy parking. Chop sticks or forks available. Sushi if you like that as some of my family did. Definitely recommend.
Always delicious. Don’t sleep on the sushi if you don’t like fish- there are yummy veggie options ?
We stopped by with the grandkids on a Sunday evening and had a very good experience. We were seated immediately after a friendly greeting, the server was prompt and the food was excellent. We have visited the location on Furys Ferry many times and always love the food and the service. This was our first time dining in at this location. We were very pleased. Great portions and everything was hot and tasty. We appreciated the military discount as well.
Our server completely forgot about us. When We ordered our food, we also ordered an appetizer, and never saw her again. Actually, that’s a lie. We saw her going from server to server and having full on conversations with them, then went outside for 5 minutes and came back in on her phone. Wiped tables down around us not even looking our way, then went to back and started her side work. In the meantime we have had empty drinks sitting at the edge of the table for 20 minutes. We are in the industry and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but our food wasn’t even put in! 45 minutes later and 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant we finally decided to leave. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and the girl up front said no. How is there no manager?? The only good thing that happened was when I offered to pay for our drinks, the girl at the host stand told me no.
This place had great food. We got it to go and it was ready within the time we were quoted and everything tasted great. Definitely recommend and will be eating there again.
We have always enjoyed eating here until our last visit on Sunday. While sitting at our table we had to kill 4 german cockroaches as they crawled across the wall 4 different times. We told the server and no manager or anyone ever came to talk to us or do anything about it. We will not be returning.
