Just got home from grabbing some Taco Bell after a long day.. 2h prenatal appt & lots of things going on in my life. I was having some serious round ligament pains and making weird faces at the window while waiting on my order and the person at the window was concerned. Actually asked me twice and was genuinely concerned for my well-being, making sure I was okay before I drove off.I got home and just sobbed. It’s the first time I’ve felt like anyone was genuinely concerned for me in a while and YES my Taco Bell food was incredible. Truly everything I got was delicious and made with loads of everything in and on it.A 5 minute trip through the drive thru made my whole week. Hopefully that employee sees this. Was working the window at 6/1/22 7 pm. You’re an Angel.
I do not like how they locked the dining room down now the drink machines don't work and there are not even napkins out so you have to go up to the register Everytime you need something. Also the food is pretty mediocre because most the time it's just Luke warm. One time I ordered a burrito and it tasted like sweet tea and it was cold almost as of someone spilled sweet tea on my burrito ?.
Food was what you expect from Taco Bell and the redesigned store is nice. However the employees telling me to make sure I clean the table and push in the chairs before I have even gotten my food is ridiculous. I am perfectly capable of cleaning up my mess without being told and pushing in chairs. In the event I miss something you can take your lazy @ss out from behind the counter and clean it yourself
Every single time I go to taco bell I'm disappointed. This time the staff were even subpar. I want to love taco bell as my boys do, but they just can't get it right
Food is good for the most part, but this location forgets part of our order almost every time we go here. If we forget to check, we are almost guaranteed to en up realizing someone isn’t going to get to eat unless we go back and yell about it. Also... If you order a chicken quesadilla, chances are only one of the four pieces of quesadilla will have chicken on it, and you would be very very lucky if the whole tortilla has cheese on it. They are also pretty terrible about actually cutting it, which is funny considering the cost of new knives vs the amount of extra money they get for food theyve charged customers for and failed to actually give them. Luckily we like taco bell... and suspense.. enough to keep going back for more.
This is the closest Taco Bell for me and it is a big disappointment! No matter how I put in my order, online or drive thru, they are always slow. The workers are so lazy and act like they hate their job. For example, they let my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes because they refused to call out the name on the order.They should just stop saying they serve breakfast because 5 out of the last 6 times I’ve tried to get breakfast either they “are having technical difficulties “, “we are not open for breakfast today”, “our computers aren’t up yet”, or just don’t answer at all.If all Taco Bells are like this one they will go under!!
Customer service was not that great but the food was good and it got out fast
Went through the drive through and ordered two items, asked to add another item at the window and cashier said hold on. When they reopened the window they said their manager Samantha said I would need to drive back through the line to "not hold up the drive through". Asked the cashier to look at how many cars were behind me and she looked and saw there were literally NO other cards in the drive through. Terrible Management, hope the GM or district manager takes some time to teach Samantha about honesty, management, and customer service.
They can never ever get orders right. Can I get cinnamon twists? Sure. Nothing. Can I get extra mild sauce? Yes. Nothing. They deserve less than minimus wage.
Food is never right and customer service was awful.
