My husband and i were traveling and we decided to stop at the Subway on Washington Rd. I ordered a Salad and my husband ordered a 6 inch Sub. The lettuce looked like it came from a war zone. It wasn't fit to eat and so the guy brought out another pan. It looked even worse. The prices was ridiculous as well. We'll never eat here again. This is not the Subway that we're accustomed to. Every time we order from the app the subs are always wrong entirely. When you go in half the time they’re out of this bread or that bread, toppings and even condiments. This is ridiculous. Will not use this subway again.
After ordering 3 footlong subs which are of course personalized by the nature of your business, I find you don't accept coupons. If it weren't for your 5 star employees, I would have walked out and cost you more in food costs than you saved by not accepting coupons. And I also find out that you do not honor service members in a military town. SHAME ON YOU, SIR!! I will never give you my business again, Shaylin.
Since when did subway salads become so small? I paid $8 for a salad that was made in what looked like a protein bowl container. The owner didn’t say or do anything to address the issue. I’ll know better next time and go elsewhere for a decent salad for that price.
Two employees...seemed like they were training each other and had only been there for 2 hours. Neither one of them knew what the other was doing. I was told they didn't and won't have macadamia nut cookies and then couldn't tell us what cookies they did have in the display. Nice enough kids and the sandwiches were good for the most part. I watched him cut the wrong bread for my 6 inch and my sandwich measured out to be 4 inches. I watched as he looked at both sides and chose the shorter one for my sandwich so the next person got a bonus. I asked for multigrain and got Italian bread instead. Probably with more training these kids would be good. My son asked for mustard on his ham sandwich and had so much mustard the paper that the sandwich was in turned yellow. He tried to scrape off as much as he could but the damage was done. 1st time there...not sure if we'd go back.
Waiting to see if corporate calls me back. Worst customer service ever!!! If they make a mistake it’s your fault not theirs. No drinks, sandwiches completely wrong. Never again will I go to this location. Guess I should’ve read the reviews before ordering here.
Sandwich was good but I was treated very rudely by the owner and this was not the first time I've seen him treat a customer with disrespect.I asked for the fresher tomatoes that were next to the older tomatoes. Hr said absolutely NO!! By his reaction and cursing you would have thought I was insulting him or something.Very poor customer service and to curse a customer is down right unacceptably.
Did not receive the soft drink that I ordered and paid for via the app. When raised with the manager, his highly combative response was rude and only worsened this simple problem. Certainly Subway doesn’t want its brand represented in this way!
One too many stars, in my opinion. Didn’t even make it in the door because according to the employee working they closed at 7:40 pm and I was told that if I had a problem with it to call back in the morning. The hours when I searched this location indicate they were updated a week ago.
The Young man with the glasses was super helpful to me and my whole family. Give that boy a raise
