I arrive at 3pm and they are out of both iced coffee and hot coffee. I settle for a venti cold brew. I get to the window and they hand me a grande. I hand it back and tell them I ordered a venti - the lady proceeds to tell me I ordered a grande - but she’ll fix my mistake and give me a Venti. I don’t care that they messed up my order, it happens. I found it rude that the lady wouldn’t own up to her mistake and instead insisted I was the one who ordered wrong when I remember saying Venti during my order several times. Rude employee.
Requested iced mocha latte and they accidentally made it hot. No biggie. Remaking the drink and the woman barista starts to hand it to the drive thru person and says we don’t have whip. The guy next to her corrects her and says we do. The woman barista says again “no whip”. I can see see and hear this entire convo play out and the drive thru person proceeds to hand it to me. What???? I said to him you have whip and pointed directly at the whip cream canister. Now, they have to put the whip on the drink that I requested in the first place. I guess whip cream was her control factor in having to remake the drink correctly. Bad customer service. Do better.
First time starbucker. Yes I know that sounds crazy been living of circle k and Panera subscriptions. Jude here was very patient and helped pop my Starbucks bubble
The vanilla bean Frappuccino that I purchased was really refreshing ?! I enjoyed it so much!
I was in town working and enjoyed just chilling with breakfast and a cup of coffee. Clean place with nice staff. There are a couple of neat books to look through about coffee and art. Attentive staff that are welcoming make it a pleasant place to stop in for a while.
I sat in the drive through line for almost an hour waiting on my order. If I had not done a mobile order and paid for my drink already I would have just driven down to Dunkin Donuts. By the time I got to the window my drink was melted and just not appealing at all. They were closed for a month or more and are still slow. It also didn’t help that when you looked in the windows there were 4 baristas just congregated there. They need more staff or a more efficient management team.
Extremely friendly & upbeat service, perfectly made drinks, and exceptional customer service is why I really love this SBUX location. Thanks to all of the food service professionals/baristas keeping things going during these unprecedented times!

The drive thru takes awhile to get through, but they are always nice. They are closing until further notice on October 4th.
Store locator said open until 8 pm today. Get there, closed. Thanks for wasting my time.
