Terrible customer service, no one in line, 2 people working, they couldn’t be bothered to take my order. I waited 5 minutes and left. Ridiculously bad customer service. I will be taking business to a different Starbucks from now on because the employees at this one are not great.

I stopped by after doing some shopping because I noticed no one in line which is very rare and I stood there for a few seconds and there was a younger guy cleaning something with his back to me and he turned around and I smiled at him and he turned back around and said “jesus christ”. He didn’t even acknowledge me and was just rude right off the bat. I immediately walked away. If you don’t want to be nice to customers then don’t work in customer service.
Stood there for 10-15 min and there were about 5-6 workers and not a single one even looked up at us to take our order.
Horrible experience!! I stood in line for 10-15 min before they closed at 9pm... It was 8:40ish when I looked at the time. The person serving saw us waiting in line and as soon as it was my turn it was 9:00 and I was refused service!! I even insisted that she serve us because she knew we had waited more that 10 minutes in the line and I told her we didn't mind waiting and even offered to help her clean up! She then tells me she needs 30 minutes to clean up and she will get in trouble by her manager. ? young people now a days don't want to work a minute past closing time and don't care about turning away customers or giving good service!!!!!!
One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The baristas are always friendly they have a fun selection of merchandise.

I always enjoy coming here but today I went and they don’t scan your barcode for points unless you transfer money to your Starbucks account. Pretty pathetic. Other then that the coffee is great.
