Went to this location today around 8:15, I didn’t get names but wish I did. I ordered 3 cinnamon coffee cakes, a ham and cheese croissant and a cake pop. The young lady at the window was really nice but whoever was packing the order was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I didn’t see her but she sounded like an older lady. I noticed the cake pop wasn’t in the bag so I told the lady at the window and she turned to the older lady and said I didn’t have my cake pop. She responded loudly “that’s because I didn’t put it in there yet” very snarky. She asked what I had and the lady at the window pointed to the screen and started to say my order and the other woman said “I don’t need up know all that, just did she have this cake pop? Yes ok that’s all I needed to know.”I certainly hope she wasn’t the manager because she was a poor example to her employees.

Slow. People who work there have no personality. They gave me a coffee with sweetener running down the side of it I rolled around asked for a different coffee and she said well I'll just give you a different cup and she just gave me a cup that I had to replace everything with.

Has slowly gone downhill since it opened. I only order simple coffee, and the kids are struggling to get that to the window in less than 5 minutes.

The manager destiny really needs to take a course of business management. I bought two drinks total $9.18 I gave the cashier $50 bill. She tells me she doesn’t have enough money for change. Management needs to know how much change and/or money for the work daily/weekly exchanges. I’m sure you’re aware of the business busy or slow days for customers.

CHECK your drinks if you order non-dairy milk. Yesterday is the second time they have put regular milk in my drink instead of non-dairy. If you have intolerance or allergy be warned.... The service is off and on.

I’d give a zero if I could. They are never efficient. They close whenever they want even when they have a line of 20 cars in the middle of the afternoon without telling me before they wasted 20 minutes in line. Last 3-4 times they don’t get my drink correct. Sadly, Starbucks is ruining its name and reputation very quickly….

Usually their coffee is pretty good but today they turned away at least 10 people. Yes they were 5 minutes from closing on New Years Day but when I pulled up to order there were still customers seated in the dining area and they were making drinks still for people that had just ordered.

I’ve been a loyal starbucks customer for over a decade now but the past 2 years i’ve visited starbucks practically every day. This was my first time visiting this location since it’s still relatively new, and i’m beyond impressed! The line for the drive through was long but it moved really quick, the people taking the orders were very friendly and polite, and the people at the window made it quick and easy to pay. Sam especially did an amazing job and made this coffee run unlike any other!! They were so sweet to me and complimented me on my sweatshirt and once again made everything a pleasant experience, they deserve some type of recognition!! While this location is a little out of my way from my daily route, I’ll still definitely be stopping by more often. Management is doing an amazing job here! ?☕️

Just came through on my way to work and ordered a Venti caramel macchiato with extra whip. Upon receiving it I looked and there was no extra whip and no caramel sauce and the attendant said she would make me a new one but I did not have time because I was on my way to work. Then, while driving to work I took a sip and it was just coffee and milk heated it up. No flavoring of any kind. I tried repeatedly calling to let them know and they refused to answer the phone. It just rings until it stops. I won’t go back.

Best Starbucks in the area !! I have a little bit of a Starbucks addiction and go pretty much everyday before work . The morning staff is stellar ! As you see I don’t have an easy name to pronounce, and they took the time to get to know my name , how to say it ,and I’m greeted as such when I walk in ! I work in customer service in which we also get “regulars”; therefore , I understand the importance of building rapport and getting to know regulars and they have done that . It does really make you feel special . This one is close to my house but on the way to work I pass by 3 other Starbucks, and definitely prefer this one hands down. Great job with creating a welcoming atmosphere , you’ve gained a Raving Fan !
