Me and my friends went here after prom and got smoothies and it was a lovely time but we had trouble hearing what The person was saying through the speaker you ordered through which was frustrating and it’s not always clean because most of the people say normally a mess I definitely would recommend going through the drive-through if you go.
Used the app to order ahead, just an ice cream and a drink, so I had paid the tab before I got there. Seriously considered driving away anyway. I had to move spots and then contact the staff three times before they could manage to get the order out to me. All three times I read the items off, so even if they couldn't figure out the app orders, they could have gotten it together the old fashioned way. It's why folks have a problem mandating $15 an hour -simple things should be just that.
I went to Sonic last night 25 April 2022. I did not receive my order in full.I ordered a number 4 combo, a number 6 All American Dog combo, a pretzel, a medium jumbo popcorn chicken, a corndog, tater tots and a redbull slush.Upon getting home I realized that had not given me the hotdog from the number 6 combo.Unfortunately, by the time I arrived home with my family and got my daughters food laid out for her (roughly 20 minutes after receiving my order) the store had just closed.I understand that mistakes happen but considering that I had been charged for the hotdog, I prefer to be given the hotdog or be reimbursed.I frequent this Sonic often and generally have little to no issue with the service I receive. Tonight was the exception to this Sonic's usual standard, and I'm not happy about it.
This particular sonic. We went late after a show at the performing arts center and there was one guy working the entire parking lot all on his own. He could have been short, he could have had a bad attitude or complained. But he was so polite and friendly and thanked us for coming and told us to get home safe. And they were BUSY. This employee.... I don't know his name but he deserves a raise.
Food preparers need to pay attention to orders.....the lettuce on my burger was NON EXISTENT and what I had was brown. Had to send drinks back as for slushes, received floats. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened. Will taking a break from Sonic.
They forgot my mozzarella sticks. Kinda sad considering the only other thing I ordered were corn dogs ? never coming back to this establishment
The wife and I love going to Sonic. They have great ice cream and shakes of course but I keep coming back for route 44 drinks. I especially like they're unsweetened tea.We've been drinking a lot of their Green mountain black coffee recently. It will wake you up and I go through a lot of caffeine.
My order was incorrect and when I advised them of this, they were rude in their response and one gentlemen who works there said -under his breath-"DONT COME BACK- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"That was it for me.They need to reevaluate their customer service skills. It wasn't my fault they did not follow instructions.My advice: Go someplace else.
Ordered honey bbq chicken bites. Quite literally told the girl on 3 separate occasions through the order "hey, I want ranch with the chicken, and some extra ranch." To the point where she was annoyed like yes I heard you. Got my order, what a surprise for this place no ranch or even a fork. Hit the button, tell them, they just say okay. 15 minutes still can't eat my food. Give up and go to the drive thru, wait 10 minutes and noone even bothers coming to the window. It's just ranch and a fork but dang it seems like this is kinda not out of the ordinary for this place
The amount of stupidity displayed at this location is unbelievable. This unfortunately was not the first bad experience here. If I take this further will anything change? Because it seems like nobody cares about good service anymore. Or making sure the food is good. Just know you're employees are not that good at their job nor do they care.
